Book 5! Reader X Baki Characters ~The Bottle Of Curse~

That night,all of you slept over at Baki's house.He provided all of you a futon (at that point he had many of them at his house since you often had sleepovers together) and you all slept together in Baki's room.

However,you weren't able to sleep.You quietly layed there staring up at the ceiling and thinking about what Oliva told you.

Earlier that night when you had the meetup with the others and in the end none of you had a solution to recommend for your problem,Oliva had a sujestion and everyone was happy to hear it.

He recommended visiting Guevaru,since the situation had to do with sea creatures,Guevaru should know something about them and have a solution for you.However,Oliva mentioned that Guevaru was currently was at his island and that made you question..What island?Afterwards,Oliva told you Guevaru's whole infro.

What you learned from Oliva,was that Guevaru is the leader of a small island with a small population of people over 20.000 citizens.In that island,there are many rumors and stories about sea creatures and myths,but they are just stories for them to tell at camping nights.However,there is one of them that actually believes in those stories.

From a young age,Guevaru was interested in learning about the hidden mysteries of the sea and was always asking the elder locals to tell him stories about the sea.The more he listened to those myths about mermaids,pirates and even sea monsters that conquered the sea,the more Guevaru wanted to discover them and see them with his very own eyes.

As he grew up,Guevaru eventually became the chief of the island and is now the one responsible to keep it safe and protect the citizens.To provide money for them,Guevaru became a pirate and attacks other ships with his crew.

Now,Guevaru isn't the type of pirate you think.Nope,he's not one of the pirates you've heard in stories,with the hats and swords,who fight and search for treasure.Guevaru only does that because he doesn't like the wealthy people who take advantage of the poor,so he steals and robs with no regrets.However,deep inside him, Guevaru likes the idea of being an actual pirate like those he's heard of.

Exept from being the chief of that island and a pirate,Guevaru is the only one in his island that knows all the stories of the sea,nobody else knows them all and as detailed as he does.Guevaru even knows some stories that nobody else has heard before,he either made them up or somehow... Discovered them by himself.

Oliva learned all that about Guevaru when he went back to America to visit Maria at the prison from the other inmates while you were busy with Pickle and the time machine incident.Oliva has no idea about that!,but anyway that's all the information he told you about Guevaru.

Oliva and Guevaru don't have the best relationship...,as when Oliva visited the prison,Guevaru challenged him to a fight and the two of them fought together,but in the end Oliva won.Afterwards,both of them left the prison and Oliva came back to Japan,while Guevaru escaped back to his island.

(Guevaru....I had no idea about all that!It has almost been a year since I've seen him from my first mission in Egypt....I hope he remembers me...I also hope that he knows about our mysterious bottle and all those creatures inside it that are now freed and who knows what their up to! Perhaps he knows something about that woman too...Am I in danger...?Why did she target me and Yujiro...?And what did she mean by that... phrase..?),you thought to yourself and sweezed your eyes nervously.
