Could Sena and Shotaro conquer their unresolved problems from five years ago that ended at midnight?

A whole week had passed. Sena spent the whole week meeting up with her client as they revised the illustrations that she had made. There was a lot and a lot of revision that needed to be made until they had reached a final draft that her client was pleased with. As for Shotaro, he spent his first week in Japan visiting his family, working as a part time tourist for his friends and attending the dance academy to further perfect his choreography.
For their second week in Japan, Shotaro and Sena were planning to spend it together. Maybe it was a way for them to escape from their friends and their constant teasing. Or another way for them to spend the time that they have wasted for the last five years ignoring each other. The universe had kept bringing them together but god knows why it took them this long to actually accept the fact that they were destined to talk to one another and solve their unanswered problems.

"Tadah! We're finally here." Sena says excitedly as she points at the pottery studio in front of them. He raises a brow up as he tilts his head to the side. "We're doing... pottery today?" He says confused as she nods her head a yes in joy. "Thought that we'd try something different today! Well more like I wanted to try something new, who knows maybe I'll like it and turn it into a new hobby? I'm trying to make different things that could work well as merch for the launch of my new webtoon later." She tells him as he could just shake his head in disbelief.
"Just don't get bored and mad once you try this out ok?" He tells her as she frowns. "Geez, you have no faith in me Taro-kun. I should be the one who should be saying that to you. You'd be learning pottery today too, not just me." She says as he scratches the back of his head whilst grinning.

"Let's start!" Sena chimes as she rolls her sleeves up until her elbows. The girl then tying her hair up into a ponytail as she got her clay ready. "I'm kind of scared." Shotaro mumbles as he sat down beside her.
Their pottery instructor had explained the steps and even did a demonstration of how to make something out of the clay using different methods as well. Now the two of them were sat down with an apron on as they were going to start creating their projects.
"And here you were the one that said that I shouldn't get bored too easily but here you are afraid of even starting." Sena tells him. "I'm not good at arts and crafts. The last time I tried to make a bowl with Renjun using the potters wheel it flew to his face and he got mad at me..." He says as he remembers the time that he tried doing pottery with his friend.
His experience making the girl beside him laugh out loud as she soaks her hands in water. "That's because you didn't have control of the clay. Besides, he's an art freak himself, of course he'd get mad if something hit him, moreover ruined his own work." She laughs before starting.
"What are you making Sena?" He asks her as he hasn't started yet. Not knowing what to create as he watches her first. "I'm making a mug, if it turns out nice then I might consider turning it into one of my merch. Ooh, also if there's extra clay then I'll turn them into coasters." She answers before looking at him. "What about you?"
"I don't know. I haven't thought about it yet." He replies with a small frown on his face. "Why don't you start off small first? Try making a jewellery dish where you could put your jewellery and small accessory's in. You like collecting them right?" She suggested as he went quiet.
How does she still remembers that he liked collecting jewellery. Just that simple thought had managed to make his heart feel so fuzzy and warm.
"That sounds like a nice idea. Ok, I'll try it then." He smiles at her as it made her grin widely. "Just tell me if you need any help." She says before going back to creating her mug.
"Umm Sena could you help me please." Shotaro mumbles as he was close to going insane. He took a deep breath to calm himself down before stopping what he was doing.
"Wait let me wash my hands first, they're so dirty. Just one second." She replies before going over to wash her hands and then coming back.
"What do you need help with Taro?" She questions as she looks over at his creation. "I don't know how to make the head and tail look attached to the dish. It looks so stupid no matter how many times I try to fix it." He says discouraged.
She stares at it for a while longer as she tries to piece together what he was making.
"Ooh, are you trying to make the jewellery dish look like a cat?" She says before letting out a soft chuckle. His cheeks heats up as he looks away in embarrassment. "Yeah... I thought turning it into a cat would be cute." He says bashfully as she took a hold of his creation before trying to fix it.
"What are you going to colour the cat when it's dried up tomorrow?" She asks him. "I was going to paint it black. I think black cats are really cute." He answers as she scrunched her nose. "They are really cute aren't they?"
He sits there as he watches her fix his jewellery dish. The reason why he decided to make it a cat was because Sena reminded him a lot of a cat. So when he uses this jewellery dish and stares at it, he'll always be reminded of her.

THE NEXT DAY
"Omg they're done." She squeals in excitement as her and Shotaro had just received their finished pottery creations. The two of them in a cafe as they unboxed it. Shotaro taking their creations out as they both stared at it.
"Aww Taro-kun your one is so cute." Sena says as she admired his one. "You're the one who did most of the work though." Shotaro lets out a dry chuckle when he sees her reaction.
Sena then stares at her own work. Staring at it so intensely as she took her phone out. Taking a picture of her creation before going to her notes app.
"My one turned out so ugly what the fuck." She whines as she started writing down things that needed improvements. Shotaro's eyes widens when he hears this. "What?? What are you talking about. It doesn't look bad." He says. "The colours are so.. ew. I'm going to change it. The composition is also so..." she started stating all the flaws in her work as he could just sit there in bewilderment. "I don't think that it looks ugly." He tells her as she just smiles at him. "Thanks for the reassurance. But since it's my first time making it, I guess now I know what to improve. I'm going to ask Saki to do the design and mock-up before the convention, and then I'll find a manufacturer to make them. I'm never touching pottery ever again. This is a once in a life time experience for me." She started going off as Shotaro could just shake his head in disbelief.
Sena and her habit of getting bored easily if something doesn't work out for her.
