STRINGS || MIKHAIAH

CHAPTER 1

The four of them laughed because of what Sean said.

"So do you guys have plans tonight or..?" Mikhs asked.

"Actually we have a homecoming party at our place and we came here to pick you up Mikhs." Gian answered.

"So hurry the fuck up Mikhael Matteo Lim or we will throw you outside wearing that stupid pajama of yours." Sean said.

"Chill boi eto na" Mikhs said as he rushed to his room to take a shower and change his clothes.

Fast forward, the four of them arrived at Gian and Sean's home. It was supposed to be a normal evening for them but little did they know that their family prepared a surprise for them.

"Bakit parang ang tahimik?" JR asked.

"Are you sure we're on the right house? Baka di niyo bahay to ha." Mikhs jokingly said.

"Sira! Parang di ka pa nakakapunta dito ah." Gian said while opening the gate.

"Sorry it's been a long time since we've been here eh. Just making sure." JR said.

"Bakit ang dilim sa loob? Are you sure na they're here na?" Sean asked to Gian.

"Yes, mom messaged me eh si Tita ba nag text sayo?" Gian said.

"Oo, parang papaluin na nga ako sa text pala---" Sean was cutted as he opened the door and opened the lights.

The people inside shouted "WELCOME HOME!" as soon as the four guys walked in.

The four of them were surprised by what they've seen. Pati si JR and Mikhs ay nasurprise dahil sa pakulo ng pamilya nila Sean at Gian.

"Welcome home mga anak!" the middle aged lady said as she approach Gian and Sean.

"Mommy!" Sigaw naman ni Mikhs and JR sa likod.

"Wow makasigaw. Nanay niyo!?" Sean said and all of them laughed.

After the hugging session, it was the time para magka mustahan ang lahat.

"Kamusta na kayo? Its been a while now since the last time we saw each other ah? Ang lalaki niyo na ang gagwapo pa! Lalo na to si Mikhs" Gian's mom said as she smiled at Mikhs.

"We're doing great naman tita. It was nice seeing you again po after a long time." Mikhs said while smiling.

"Na miss naming kayo sobra tita! Grabe kung hindi pa uuwi sila Gian hindi pa tayo magkikita ulit." JR said.

While they're talking a sudden voice came from the door. It was Sean's mom.

"Hello everyone!!! Guess who's here?!" Sean's mom said.

"Hey ma! I'm glad you made it here." Sean said as he rushed towards his mom to give her a hug.

"Ofcourse naman no. Baka anak kita nakakalimutan mo?" Sean's mom said and gave his son a kiss on his cheeks.

"Ma! Ano ba yan nakakahiya sa friends ko." Sean said as he wiped the kiss on his cheeks. He looked at his friends and saw them laughing at him.

"What's so funny now ha?" Sean said.

"Hey Sean stop." Pag saway naman ng nanay nito.

"Argh. Anyway ma, hindi mo pa pala sila name-meet personally no. So this is Mikhs and JR our friends since highschool." Pagpapakilala naman nito.

Mikhs and JR stood up to shake Sean's mom's hand.

"Sila pala yung tinutukoy ni Loi while we're on our way here..." Sean's mom said.

"LOI IS HERE?!" sabay-sabay na sigaw naman ng apat.

"SURPRISE!!!" Maloi said as she jumped in from behind.

"LOIIIII!!!" Gian, JR, and Sean said excitedly and rushed to Maloi to hug her.

"We missed you so much! Bakit ngayon ka lang nagpakita?!" JR asked.

"Sorry medyo na busy kasi ako sa Family business naming plus ang dami pang need asikasuhin." Maloi explained.

Mikhs was left there standing and looking at Maloi while smiling. Mikhs was caught by Maloi's eyes and smiled.

"Ikaw ba di mo ako na miss?" Maloi asked while looking at Mikhs.

Mikhs just giggled and walked towards Maloi to hug her.

"Miss na miss kitaaa!!!" Mikhs said as she squeezed Maloi in his hug.

"Aray! Grabeng miss naman yan oh." Maloi said and the two of them laughed.

"Oo nga Mikhs grabeng miss naman yan." Pang aasar naman ni Gian dito.

The night was filled by laughter and music. They had fun throughout the night and reminisce to the times when they we're still young.

Matagal ng magkakaibigan sila Mikhs, JR, Maloi, Gian, and Sean. They've spent their evey highschool days at kahit kailan hindi sila nag hiwa-hiwalay not until Gian and Sean had to go back to states.

Maloi is the only girl in their group. Madalas itong nabubully noon dahil sa probinsyana aura niya. Mikhs is the one who always standing up for her.

Mikhs is a red head super chill person. Hindi siya yung tipo ng maingay and was labeled as a silent angel by his friends. Very generous and sometimes people mistook him because of his cold aura.

On the other hand, Sean is a very bubbly and mapang asar madals silang nagkakapikunan ni JR dahil dito but at the end of the day magkaibigan pa din.

Gian is a complete opposite to Sean. Gian is a very non-chalant person and bihira mo lang talaga makitang mag ingay. He is very chill.

Lastly is JR, an acting oldest brother among them. Very caring at kailanman hind iniwan si Mikhs. They're both living in the same building that's why sila ang madalas na magkasama.

They are currently at the roof top having a drink and catching up. Magkatabi si Maloi at Mikhs habang magkakatabi naman sila Gian, Sean, at JR.

"So Maloi kamusta ka naman?" Sean asked.

"Eto medyo stressed out nga but thankfully I get a chance to leave the business and focus sa study." Maloi said.

"San mo pala balak mag enroll? I heard na you'll be transferring na dito sa Manila ah?" Gian said.

"Hmmm guess where..." Maloi said as she teasingly looked at the boys.

"WAIT DON'T TELL ME?—" JR said at halata sa boses na na excite ito.

"SAME SCHOOL ULIT?!" Sean said habang nakangiti.

"YES!" Maloi said excitedly.

"Yown kumpleto nanaman ang Mikhael and friends." Gian said and took a sip from his drink.

"So where will you be staying?" Mikhs asked.

Maloi smiled as she heard Mikhs' very chill and conyo voice.

"Hmm hindi ko pa nga alam eh? I'm still looking for a place to stay." Maloi said.

"Why don't you stay with me?" Mikhs said.

"H-ha?" Maloi said. Nautal siya with what Mikh's said to her.

"Tama ba yung narinig ko?' Tanong ni Maloi sa sarili.

"I said why don't you stay at my place? Tutal I have two rooms in my condo. Sayang naman yung isa if di magagamit." Mikhs said.

"Oo nga Maloi, plus if sa iba ka pa makakahanap baka di ka pa comfortable sa makita mo." JR added.

"Sigurado ka ba diyan?" Maloi asked to Mikhs.

"I won't offer it to you if I'm not." Mikhs said.

The night continued and the five of them had the night of their lives.
