CHAPTER 4

It was already 6 in the evening when Maloi and Mikhs got home. They helped each other to fix the stuffs that they bought earlier bago mag luto si Mikhs.

"Loi I'll go take a quick shower ha then I'll cook na." Mikhs said and then excused himself.

"Sure. Ako na muna dito." Maloi said.

Mikhs excused himself and immediately went upstairs to take a shower. After taking a shower his phone got notification and when he saw the message it was from the unknown number that was bothering him from last night.

Day 365, I still miss you. napatawad na kita Jeremy.

Mikhs was confused kung sino yung Jeremy na yun when he realized na may na kwento nga pala si JR sa kanya kanina.

Mikhs decided na mag reply sa text message na iyon.

Aiah?

On the other side, Aiah was surprised nang mabasa niya ang reply sa kanya ng number na tinitext niya.

"Shit Staku!" Aiah said at napakapit sa kaibigan nitong kumakain.

"What Aiah? Nakakagulat ka alam mo yun. Kumakain ng mangga yung tao oh." Staku said while dipping the mango sa bagoong.

"HE REPLIED!" Aiah said excitedly.

"Teka lang are you sure ba na si Jeremy yan?" Staku said.

"Yes! He replied with my name tignan mo." Pinakita naman ni Aiah ang text message kay Staku.

"Aiah tanga ka ba? Did you forget kung paano ka pinahiya at lokohin ng lalaking yan sa harap ng maraming tao? Why are you still going after him?" Staku said.

"Staks. Mahal ko siya and I can only see my future with him." Aiah replied.

"Aiah ikaw hindi ka niya nakikita okay? Mag move on ka na its been a year please." Staku said.

"I can't Staks, im still hoping na maybe we could give it another shot." Aiah replied.

"Gusto mo ikaw shotin ko? Shut up Aiah and wake up." Staku said.

Aiah is still hopeful na baka mabigyan pa ng chance ang relasyon nila ni Jeremy. On the other hand, Jeremy is still with the girl na pinalit niya kay Aiah a year ago.

She couldn't let go of Jeremy because he is the first one who made Aiah fall in love. He was her first at hindi niya alam ang gagawin niya kung mawala si Jeremy sa kanya.

She is willing to do anything para lang mabawi kung ano ang kanya. Her world revolves around him kaya kahit alam niyang wala nang pag-asa may pinili niyang maging bulag para sa pag-ibig.

"What should I reply Staks help me out oh." Aiah said and pouted her lips.

"Shut up. I won't help you bahala ka diyan." Staku said while devouring her mango.

Aiah took a deep breath before replying.

After a few minutes, the person replied.

Sorry but I am not the Jeremy na you've been messaging. I told you since last night na I am not Jeremy.

Imposible. This is your number Jeremy stop pretending.
