May we meet again."

After Dumbledore had interrogated the twins, they were sent up to the hospital wing to rest. Their rest was short-lived, however, because Cornelius Fudge and Professor McGonagall stood arguing outside the hospital wing doors.
No one seemed to have noticed that both Harry and Cassandra were awake, since Mrs. Weasley was busy complaining about how loud the adults outside the hospital wing were being. Cassie still hadn't been allowed to see Draco for some reason. She wanted so see him the moment she got back from Dumbledore's office, but Madam Pomfrey had absolutely refused to let anyone else see them, so, they were shipped off to bed with a sleeping draft.
"My dear woman!" Cassie heard Fudge roar as the doors to the hospital wing flew open, and in strode Fudge and McGonagall. "As Minister for Magic it is my decision whether I wish to bring protection with me when interrogating a possibly dangerous-" Fudge began, but McGonagall cut him off and she started screaming about how the dementor performed the kiss on Crouch.
Cassandra felt her stomach twist at the thought, and she noticed that both Snape and Dumbledore had now entered the room. The adults argued back and forth, first about the dementors and then about whether or not Voldemort was really back.
She let out a sigh of exasperation just as Harry began shouting at the Minister that the two of them saw Voldemort coming back, but Fudge was still as insistent as ever that Voldemort hadn't come back.
As they continued arguing, Cassie saw a mop of blonde hair lurk outside the hospital wing tentatively, and her eyes widened. Draco's usual tidy hair looked dishevelled- as if he had run his hands through it several times. When he made eye contact with her, she saw his mouth form the words 'screw it', and he strode past the teachers and made a beeline for Cassie.
Harry stared at him in disbelief and hate, the latter no doubt brought on by his father being in the graveyard, but Draco paid him no attention. He walked briskly over to the redhead sat in the hospital bed and jumped into the bed with her, pulling her into his arms.
Draco held her tightly and Cassie let the tears flow as she held onto his shirt with her hand and rested the side of her head on his chest. He wrapped an arm more tightly around her small frame and pulled half of her into his lap as he let her cry it out.
