Chapter 9 - Romance On A Mission

***(Y/N)'s POV***

"(Y/N)!!! COME ON WHAT'S TAKING SO LONG!!!" Herobrine could be heard from outside as I was changing my clothes

"WOULD YOU WAIT I'M CHANGING HERE!" I yelled through the window before slipping my tanktop on with shorts and boots, looked In the mirror and hummed tapping my chin then tying my hair high and putting a red headband, a thick line of cloth wrapped around my wrist and between fingers to keep it hold. I don't think this Is how you wear It but whatever! 

"Okay! I am ready!" I ran outside, Hero was leaning on a fence then he jumped saying

"Took you long enough, what do you wan't to do first?"

"Your the one who called me here so you have the plans right?" I crossed my arms, he shrugged saying

"Okay, you already know how to attack right?" I nodded "What about defend?" I also nodded. "Wh-"

"Lets play basketball!!!"

"Do you even know how to play?"

"Yeah? I guess. No, I know how, lets play already!" I became anxious, Hero made a hoop and everything then spawned a ball, It was really weird seeing a circle In Minecraft but It was still blocks. 

"You ready to lose (Y/N)?"

"Do not underestimate those who are better than you" I smirked. 

A pigman came a blew the whistle then threw the ball high, Herobrine was much more taller than me and I knew that I was half as tall as the pole to the hoop and backboard. Hero grabbed the ball and went to the 3 point line then shot. It went In with a *swosh* and I started becoming mad.

"NO RAGE QUITTING!" He yelled laughing while running towards the other side of the court, I rolled my eyes grabbing the ball then dribbling towards his basket. He was guarding me well but I didn't allow the ball to leave my grips. taking a shot front inside I missed and he grabbed It then took another 3 points. 

I see, no mercy.

The crowd of pigmen and ghasts cheered for Hero. I grabbed the ball and took a shot, it hit the backboard but the flew away, He grabbed the miss, then dribbled towards the hoop, threw It In the air and teleported making and alley-op. 

Okay, now he's just showing off. 

I grabbed the ball and surprisingly shot a 3 silencing the crowd. I smirked at hero as he glanced at the points. 8-3 . We continued playing till the forth quarter with the score as 47-15. Me being the 15. 

The clock was 7.12 seconds and Hero had the ball, I started getting nervous and stole the ball, the crowd screamed In excitement as I ran towards the hoop. A young Magma cube trying to clean the floor but was too slow to move out the way. When I jumped I took a chance,

I jumped up, then with my right foot I pushed the Magma cube gaining more acceleration and was right beside the basket. Lifted my hands up holding the ball then dunking over him as soon at the buzzer beater. I was hanging on the hoop still as the crowd calm down.

"OKAY GAME'S OVER GET BACK TO WORK!" Hero yelled and everyone went away, "You can get down now (Y/N)"

"Erm, I can't" I was afraid the ground was miles away from me 

"Just get down" 

"I-- WAAA-" I let go with eyes closed but landing In Herobrine's arms. "Oh... Hi..."

"Why hello there" 

"Uh-..." I really wanted to make this romance longer but we were sweating and panting, I wouldn't want to kiss a sweaty pair of lips, ew. "I'm gonna take a shower. This was fun though."
