One World, One Enemy

Hello everyone, sorry I haven't been updating for a while. I was finishing my trip to New Zealand and I had a bit of flu. But I'm feeling so much better now. If Dragon Prince Season 6 wasn't airing next week, this would be a Wish chapter but I thought I might do this instead as the date is so close now. I promise everyone I will update Wish this week and finish it soon. But for now, enjoy the first chapter of Dragon Prince Season 4. Just to confirm I do not own Dragon Prince, only my OC Characters. Two years have passed since we delivered the Dragon Prince, Prince Azymondius, back to his mother to restore peace to our world. The war has ended. Humans and Elves are now learning to co-exist with one another. But...as my father used to say. When one adventure ends, another begins.

From the shadows of a large cave, Castor narrowed down to an adult girl whose long hair was half white and half black. She was genuflecting before a man in dusty white. His eyes had opened. His breath had returned. "You're alive," the girl breathed in relief.

Viren cringed. His heart dropped seeing a blooded crown beside him, King Harrow's crow. "Did I survive?"

"No. You didn't. but you're okay now," Claudia cupped his cheek. "I brought you back,"

Viren smiled in relief. But he noticed something was missing. "Where is..."

"Your creepy caterpillar friend? Two days ago, it climbed up that wall and spun itself into that," Claudia twisted her head. As her resurrected father copied her line of vision, he saw a giant chrysalis cocoon of glowing purple. "It's changing,"

Viren turned pale. "I've been dead for two days?"

Claudia was silent as she shut her eyes. "It's been two years,"

Viren turned even more pale. "I've been dead for two whole years?"

"You have," Viren shuddered as he saw a star-tattooed man step into the light. "We meet again, Lord Viren,". The resurrected man gulped.

In the kingdom of Katolis, the sky was raining heavily. In the high mage's tower, a young woman reaching eighteen stood in front of a golden looking-glass. Her long dark hair, tied in a double-braided hair-back style, was crowned with a special dragon comb with a ruby eye. She wore a knee-length, sleeveless turtle-necked dress with golden-rimmed neck and arm holes. The vest of the dress was sapphire blue and golden dragon embroidery coiled around the corset. The double-slit skirt was a lighter shade of blue with vine stitches which blossomed into red flowers. Down the girl's right arm to her elbow were the primal symbols of the Moon, Sky and Sun. Her other accessories were her mother's bracelet and necklace, a golden ring embedded with a jewel segment and forearm-length detached sleeves of blood-red which matched her leggings and had golden middle-finger loopholes. She wore brown knee-height boots with golden rims and soles and a dragon symbol stamped on the front for the final touch.

High Mage Caroline traced the ruins of the magical mirror. "What secrets are you hiding?" Whoosh. She spun around. Pages flew off her desk. Wind crept along the walls like invisible snakes. "Come out. Come out. Wherever you are," she called out in a teasing voice. Zap! A little dragon flashed in front of her eyes. She pretended to jump in fright. "Never stops getting old Ghost. Come here, you cheeky spooker," she tickled her little Spectre dragon of ghostly white who loved to teleport. He had bright sky-blue eyes, silver claws, and little matching horns.
