Girl from Parallel universe -Part 1

Traveling all the way from Washington DC to Georgia was tiring but the fun was worth it. Besides the Christmas was way better than my imagination Kai's parents treated me like family, as if I am living with them for years.

Kai's parents lives in Austell near Atlanta, a great neighborhood and
Sweetwater creek was not far away.

Peaches and berries! It was juicy and fresh and most importantly it came from their farm.

We spent most of time in visiting different places in Atlanta, still High museum of art and Atlanta botanical garden was best. It reminded me of time when we went on school field trip.

The botanical garden, New friends and hope. So much changed since then.

This holiday was great , but what's going on right now is way better.

Kai woke me up in the middle of night on Christmas Eve only to check on the gifts.

We are almost 18 , and both of us know that Santa isn't real but still he wanna check. We slowly walked down the stairs. Kai slowly peaked in the living room where his parents and Kade were sleeping after having drinks.

"So?" I questioned " what do you want me to do ?"

He never answered. He walked to wards kitchen cabinets and took two coffee mugs out.

"Hot chocolate!" He said with a smile and gestured me to sit.

We had a cup of hot chocolate and talked for almost half an hour before deciding to call Sebastian and Lucas.

Sebastian's phone was off and Lucas was probably sleeping. After failing successfully we just sat their for a while and chatted.

Until my phone ringed. I picked up the call without checking the caller ID.

"Hello?" No one answered on the other side." Hello? Is anyone there?"

After waiting for some seconds I was about to cut the call when I heard a horse and deep voice.

"Grace Wargrave. "

"Yes?" I said waiting for the answer.

" You have made some progress. But you must know that you need another pychic for the spell to work correctly. Your powers are not enough. You need someone who possess the same abilities as you. You need someone from your world. You can't affect the time line just by yourself. " The person on the other side paused and than continued.

"I wish you good luck on your way of finding such a person. Let me be clear. You need Leo"

He hanged up. I sat their froze , pale , still thinking about what he said.

I called back several times, but the number was not valid. How is this even possible. The number was incorrect, but i talked with the person on other end.

I made an excuse when Kai asked what happened and went to bed.

My holidays after that were just passing days. The only thought in my head was Leo. He is here in the same world as me. But I can't find him.

I must. I must find him in order to get back. I need him.
