In a shocking behind-the-scenes deal, Lars Vandenbosch has purchased 100% of Red Bull Racing from the owners Yoovidhya and Mateschitz for nearly 10 billion dollars. The team was previously owned by the sons of the co-founders of Red Bull energy drink, and they will still own 75% of the company, with the other 25% going to Vandenbosch.

This comes after Red Bulls dominant 2023 season with yet another World Constructors Championship win along with Max Verstappen taking home his third World Driver's Championship title. There is not yet news on the reactions from Red Bull staff or Drivers.
Vandenbosch, coming from generational wealth and a connection to the royal family of the Netherlands has amassed his fortune over the years through various business endeavors, including his worldwide real estate empire. He recently got involved with Crypto, which is expected to grow exponentially in the coming years.
The new owner of Red Bull Racing is scheduled to meet with Christian Horner and the RB team this week, followed by a press conference in London.
