If Pyra Was In Poppy Playtime

Pyra's Pov:

I was tired, and feeling like I needed a rest. But, I've done the one thing that I wanted to do since Huggy's death...

Save a toy who needed saving.

I looked over at Dogday, who was fast asleep next to me. We were currently resting under the statue. I heard footsteps.

Not wanting Dogday to get hurt, I summoned a fireball, holding it in my hand. But, Player came in through the door. He seemed shocked to see me using my magic. He said, "Pyra, you haven't eaten! You shouldn't be using your powers!"

I responded, "Ah, sorry, but I kinda felt the need to defend myself."

"I understand," Player says, plugging in the cord. "But, why is HE here?" Player pointed to Dogday. I understood Player's wariness, but I felt it was unneeded.

"He would've died had I not helped him. Unlike the toys before him, he's unworthy of dying," I said. Before Player could respond, I felt arms wrap around me. I looked down and saw orange, furry arms. Dogday was hugging me. I looked behind me and gently pet him.

"W-Why is Poppy's angel mad, little angel?... Did I do something wrong?..." He whimpered. I shook my head and sighed.

"He's not mad," I say, shooting a quick glance at Player, a warning glare to be nice. "He's just had bad experiences with toys before. We both have, and he doesn't want me getting hurt."

"I can leave," Dogday offered. But before he could continue, I cut him off, saying, "No, absolutely not."

"I don't-"' "No, Dogday, you are staying and he can deal with it if he doesn't like it," I say, a low growl coming from my throat. I could tell Player was nervous.

(Sad boy Dogday and overprotective Pyra. Don't worry, this is just one moment of Pyra and Player disagreeing, our protagonists will end up making up.)
