i could feel how the blood rushed to my cheeks turning them to a maroon color. i liked the text and just prepared to go to my first non - collage party.
me n elisa were running late due to some crime on the station close to our apartment. "a man murdered at rockefeller ctr, but they have no clue who did it and they are looking for evidence rn." elisa speaked up. "oh noo, i feel bad for the victims beloved, lucky we left before it happened." i said. "next stop, 96 st" the subway radio said.
we exited the station and walked for abt 5 min until and stood outside the apartment building. "who are you?" a security guard asked us. he had a list that had the names of people who could enter. "y/n y/l/n and this is my plus one elisa" i told him. "alr enter, the party is on 12th floor." "thanks" i said as we entered the elevator.
entering the party there was blasting music, drunk influencers i followed ( it felt unbelievable that me, i were in a apartment in new york full with my idols ) and the smell of alcohol and chips. elisa had already scaned the apartment from her view to find the drinks. she pulled me forwards the drinks so that we could get a bit drunk.
me and elisa poured down some drinks and headed to the living room where everyone danced to now that we dont talk - taylor swift. "come on elisa WE LOVE THIS SONG" "LETS DANCE" elisa said excited.
vincent pov -
i was talking with some boys that from the old hypehouse. talking abt memories. we talked abt anything really. we were standing against the kitchen counters as we talked when a thought abt the girl i texted a half hour ago. she must be here by now.
vincent have you arrived yet?
i continued to talk with my old friends for some time until i glanced out at the living room seeing her dance there with her friend to girl, so confusing - charli xcx. ill confront her in a minute, ill just pour down a shot then im going.

im happy she found my snap and that i actually added her back, bcs glancing at ther at the gym is one thing, but actually seeing her. wow. seeing her happy in cute clothes, with hair all loose and free. wow.
"ill go meet someone bye" vincent said. "ahah alr bye" my friends said. i squeezed myself through the dancing bodies until i was right behind her taping her shoulder.
y/n pov - i noticed how elisa stated to focus her eyes on something slightly over my head. "what?" i said. i felt something tap my shoulder. "hi" a dark voice said. i turned around to see the model behind me. "oh hi vincent" with my cheeks maroon again. "vincent, oh please call me vinnie." he laughed. suddenly everything maked sence.
the boy from the gym i noticed and thought looked familiar is vinnie hacker. the boy who always were on my fyp. "oh its you, vinnie hacker ofc. now i know why i thought you looked familiar from the gym." i smiled. "so youve seen my tiktoks." he laughed again. "yeah..." now is there a darker red? bcs my cheeks blushed so hard that you could definitely see them through the darkened lights.
"so you took the subway to get here?" vinnie asked. "yup. not me or elisa have a drivers license or a car. but its fine bcs we love the subway, its always fun." i answered. "hahah, but did you hear abt the murder?" he asked. "yea, crime happened after we left tho. we live close to that station." i said. "wait where did elisa go?" i was feeling bad for ditching her.

elisa dw. i saw a really cute boy at the kitchen, and you two got some chemistry. see u tonight.
"oh she's fine." i said. "yea i saw her leave" vinnie said. "but y/n, you and your friend should honestly take a uber home." he said. "yea probably, lets play some beer pong." i said. me and vinnie danced and drank, and slowly the party died down..

vinnies pov - when the train arrived there were no seats empty so we had to stand up. with jack as host there will be alot of alcohol. i noticed how y/n wasnt that steady and decided to grab her arm so that she could get some balance. i think she thought it was ok bcs he leaned against my chest.
i walked her home, and wanted to kiss her so badly. but no, i didnt want to take advantage of her bcs she was drunk. so we hugged and i went back to jack's.
