After the game, Faye asks yoko if she can send her home. Yoko wasn't able to reply, her thoughts of being alone with her crush is making her nervous and she's trembling inside. Marissa heard faye and asks her if she's sure she can send her friend safely
"Of course I can, and I'm a good driver so don't worry." she reassures the girl
"Okay but Im going with you, I'm going to hold yoko from the back because she might fall" Marissa explained
"Are you sure ris? Didn't you said earlier that you needed to go home after the game? I'll be fine, I can ride just fine" yoko said but it sounded weird to her friend
"are you sure yo?" Marissa asks. she knows how much yoko admires faye but that doesn't mean she will let her be alone with the older woman
"Yes I'm sure" yoko replied with pleading eyes and her friend immediately understand why
"Let's go?" Faye interrupted
"uh, okay. Goodbye ris, please be careful"
"don't worry about me. worry about yourself" Marissa smirks then wink
Faye laughed and shakes her head. She knows what's going on from all that gestures. Then she assisted yoko to walk upstairs, helped her to get on her bike."Careful, it's a bit high for you" Faye said gently. Yoko could only nod in response
"Hey Cap! You guys go first. I will
follow you shortly" She said while signaling to her back"Sure thing Faye. Just be careful" the captain replied and Lux just smiled with thumbs up
Faye send yoko home and when they arrived, her family are outside of their house. They are all having fun, drinking and singing.
"Thank you for sending me home senior " yoko said shyly
"Stop calling me that, I feel old. I'm only 24." Faye said annoyingly
"I-im sorry i-i d-didn't mean to " she said nervously
Faye then helped her to get off from her bike and hold her hand
"It's fine shorty. I have to go now" Faye said and yoko just nod
"Don't forget the ice pack" Faye winked then disappear in front of her
When the girl was nowhere to be seen yoko suddenly felt like a lot of eyes were looking at her and when she turns her head, her family was staring at her.
"Who was that ky? She looks familiar" her brother asks her
"oh, That was senior Faye. Faye Malisorn. She insisted on taking me home after the game because i tripped when I tried to jump to set the ball" she explained super fast
"Calm down there lil sis. we're not going to scold you. We are actually glad she sent you home safely" Her sister said smiling
"I send you a message that no one here is available to get you from there so we're glad that somebody sent you home but why her? are you close with her?" Her sister Lyn asked while assisting her to get on the chair
"N-no, maybe she's just a good person" she replied while drinking water
"oh I know why. Faye Malisorn is known for being good with people especially with girls" Yoko's cousin Ellen interrupted because they were classmates back then
"Yes, I can say the same. She was a player when we were in high school, a lot of girls in my room were in love with her. She's smart, athletic and she knows how and who to respect" her older sister Mae said agreeing
"But I think she's a red flag?" Lyn asked even though the three of them were Faye's schoolmate when she's in high school
"Don't be like Lyn, people change" the brother said
