UNEXPECTED

Faye

I woke up and I saw Yoko beside me. She looks so pretty even when she's sleeping. I fixed her hair and I think that cause her to wake up. She looks at me and smiled and ask if I want to eat. I told her we should get some breakfast since later on my parents will come and discharged me. She nodded and stood up.

She let go of my hands and that made me sad. I feel comfortable around her and I don't think we're just friend by the way she cares for me. But I remember last nights phone call. She's talking to her lover. I'm kinda sad cos I like her. I thought I have a chance but I guess there's none.

Speaking of phone call. It felt like Déjà vu. I know I heard that somewhere and I get jealous. I don't remember who said it and to whom but I know it happened. I just can't remember it. I asked Yoko if she doesn't have work today and she told me that she's working here then she points to the table with a folder on top.

She must've felt like I'm a bit confuse so she then told me that she's working here so I have someone that can look after me. I asked her why would she do that. She smiled and told me that because I am special for her. I smiled and thanked her.

She excused herself cos she needs to call someone. I nodded then she went out. I stand up and walked to the window to look for the view of the city. I think of walking to the garden. I was about to open the door when Yoko open and both of us get shocked. She then covers her phone and asked me if where would I go.

I told her I'll just go to the garden and enjoy the sun. She signals me to wait and I heard her say 'Goodbye Loviee' I frown again but didn't dwell on it. She took my hand and that makes me smile. We walked to the garden and I kept on asking her about random things and about the company. She told me about the restaurant that the of us owned. I asked her how come we become co-owners.

She told me that our parents want to set us up but we're both in a relationship. So instead of us being a couple. We just put up a restaurant together. My head hurts when she told me the story about the restaurant and I may have recalled something but it's still blurry. I held onto Yoko and told her we should get back to my room. she supported me and when we got back.

We saw Freen fixing the table. And told us to eat breakfast. I smiled and thanked her. I found out that Faye works for us and she's the one managing the restaurants since we overtake the company. Freen and Yoko exchange some envelopes then Freen bid her goodbye. She hugged me told me to get better soon.

I smiled then she went to Yoko kiss her. Before she went out, she shouted 'Loviee' and Yoko asked her why. Freen said that if we need something just call her. Yoko just nodded and give her a flying kiss.

I really am annoyed right now. First my crush and my friend are in a relationship second is because they even flirt in front on me. Like what the F***. Respect the single people. Yoko seemed to notice it so she held my hand but I slowly remove it and just eat.

I saw Yoko smiled and that makes me more annoyed. She then pinched my cheeks telling me how cute I am when I get jealous. I told her I'm not jealous. She smirked at me but decided not to make a big deal out of it.

By noon my parents came and told me that I will be discharged and will be staying at their house. I told them I can take care of myself and I don't want to stay at their place because It's too big. I'll just stay at my old house.
