Ending of An Arranged Marriage

Leonard looks around, picks up the cup of tea then sips it, he looks at the roses in the garden then sighs. He then looks at his small rounded belly then frowns bitterly. This is not right...

Leonard struggles to rise from the chair as walks into the garden when suddenly a small figure grabs his thighs. He looks down startled, there he sees a small child 5 or 6 holding his thigh. He swallows awkwardly.

"L-let go,"

The boy looks up confused, Leonard thinks he is a cute boy after all he had lengthy curly blonde hair with big round doe eyes that is unique to them, his cheeks looks rosy red with a soft baby bluff to them.

"Huh? Papa?"

Leonard froze at the title, he? A father? He didn't fancy kids not one bit.

"I'm not your father," he corrects, looking down at the child.

"hm? Is Papa okay?"

"I'm not your father, don't call me that" he said trying to pull back.

The boy holds on to him, he is confused. When Leonard feels a slight cramp to his belly, he breathes, huffing while holding his belly.

"Wha- what is this?!" He exclaimed

"Papa not feeling well?"

Leonard is feeling sluggish, his body is stiff and this belly! What is going on? His eyes are heavy; he stumbles forward but stops in his tracks.

"Papa?! Uh, Foster papa is unwell again." The little boy yells.

"Ah! Young master!" An elderly man quickly runs over to check on him. "Are you alright?"

He was about to touch Leonard when he slapped his hand away before he could touch him, "who are you?! Where am I?"

"Young master? It's me Foster the house butler."

"Me? House butler, am I some royal piety to be hiring a butler?" He irks irritable.

The butler is shocked by the look in Leonard's eyes that looks at him uncaring as though he were a stranger.

"Master, what are you saying?" The butler is confused.

"Papa?"

Leonard freezes remembering the little child that is at his feet, "who are you? Why call me such? Hey, have you manipulated a child, you sick person?!"

"Master Leonard, that's your son, Ashton! How can you say such things in front of him?!" The butler is in complete disbelief.

Leonard sneers, "me a father? Am I a fool? I've been careful!" He yells.

The butler thinks the pregnancy has gotten to his master, "Master I think you should rest before Master Kendrick arrives, he will not sit well knowing you are behaving like this. It is, after all, not good for the baby."

"Kendrick? Huh? Us he my dad is he gonna beat me with a cane?" Leonard sneers.

Leonard is feeling agitated, irritable and aggressive, why? He doesn't know but looking at them right now he just wants to spit on them which is strange.

Suddenly he feels a strong headache, he stoops down as the butler acts immediately as the man slowly passes out.

Leonard is floating in the middle of nowhere when suddenly a recording tape appears in front of him.

"Leonard Sanchez"

That was the name that comes to mind which is strange because his name is Leonard fritz.

Looking at the person in the tape looks a lot like him but different, Leonard Sanchez is from a prominent family and is beloved by his parents.

But sadly as fate would have it they died when Leo was only 13 leaving him in the hands of his older brother, his elder who receives most of the inheritance couldn't fully run the business and it was going into ruin. To make up for this he had made arrangements for his brother to marry the grandson of an international tycoon.

Under his brother's control Leo couldn't refuse this arrangement, but that wasn't a problem considering he was actually in love with Kendrick the said such grandson. This was a win for everyone that was everyone who wasn't Kendrick.

Kendrick had a lover who his heart yearns for but sadly his grandfather didn't approve of him so Kendrick couldn't be with him, which made the latter very upset; especially when forced to marry Leo.

On the wedding day was one of Leonard's happiest but on the honeymoon night he was most lonely, feeling angered Kendrick left Leo alone on their honeymoon to spend the night with his mistress leaving Leo humiliated.

Kendrick had made Leo to be this Villain who forced him to marry him by kissing up to his grandfather's ass and so most anger was directed at him.

Upon discovering the 'tragic backstory' Leo felt guilty and wanted to make amends by suggesting divorce to his brother who refused the idea, not wanting to lose a big asset in his business telling Leo that he should bear it.

Leo was devastated he had nowhere to go because his brother would never dare to take him back if he should divorce and who would want a ger who divorce so early.

Leo was very concerned about his marital life, so he tried to discuss matters with his grandfather in law about the injustice and believing it's not right for him to be here. The grandfather who had taken a liking to Leo was angered by the mistreatment and objected to the divorce later on finding his grandson and berating him for his mistreatment of Leo.

Kendrick didn't take scolding well and only became more hateful, so the very night while Leo was in his bed thinking, Kendrick barges in scolding him about his selfishness and proceeds to say since Leo didn't feel complete with the marriage maybe he'll shut him up. Feeling scared Leo tries to explain but only met with brutality as Kendrick mercilessly took his first time away.

Before Kendrick didn't care for what he did but this time he promised to make Leo's life hell. Leo felt guilty about everything but he felt it was his fault for talking too much, though Leo cried for many nights he sucked it up and decided he'd try to be forgiven.

Leo loved Kendrick no doubt, even though he was mistreated badly by Kendrick he still remained faithful and tried to be on his good side. But Kendrick wasn't easy to please even when one of the many brutal nights results in the birth of their son and Kendrick would only become more merciless.

Leonard fritz feels bad for the stupid thing and what's worse he was in the stupid thing's body pregnant with their child. Leonard was bitter.

"I'm not staying!" He said determined

As soon as he awakens he is leaving everything behind and living his own life he won't take any abuse from the scumbag.

"Please don't, they need me!"

Leonard Fritz could hear the voice of the previous owner, "and be abused by your treacherous husband? No."

"My children, what will become of them?"

"They are fine as for as your memory serves,"

"But they will feel abandoned by me," Leo begs.

"So I should let your husband kill me too? Especially with this unborn one?" Leonard objects.

"Please your inheriting my body please at least consider,"

Leonard folded his upper lip in vexation, but breath. "Fine! I'll give him until this baby is born and if not I'll leave and won't turn back." He said.

Leo was at least content with this, "please at least see my children once in a while." He asks.

"I can do that much but I won't be attached!"

Leo nods he can deal with that much, with that he finally lets go while handing the rest of his memories over to Leonard.

Leonard sighs it'll be a long 7 months from now. But oh well it's him.
