That day ends beautifully, and things between the two people gradually improves. However, at the end of the second month, Jungkook goes berserk when he finds out that Jimin went to dinner with Soobin. It is another moment where Jimin learns how ruthless Jungkook is when he's angry. He's brutally honest with his feelings, and it shows through his actions and words.
Jungkook, on the other end, learns that not everything will go his way, especially not when it comes to Jimin.
On that day . . .
Jungkook rises up from his chair and explodes, "I yield to you and let everything be up to you but that does not mean you can make me an option, leave me in your cart while you shop around considering other people at the same time! We're studying each other. It's only between you and me. Do you not understand that?!"
He continues in an angrier voice, "Jimin, me being kind to you does not mean I will stand by and let you treat me however you want. I told you I don't like it when you are with him. Do you not care about what I say? Why is it that you don't listen to me at all? Are you going to ignore me again?! Answer me!"
This is probably the longest statement Jimin has heard Jungkook speak since they met. Doesn't want to add to the fire, he decides to keep silent, not knowing that it infuriates Jungkook even more.
With chopsticks in hand, Jimin proceeds to chomp at the almost cold food set neatly in front of him. Even during wartime, one should fill their stomach. He's not going to starve with Jungkook's nonsense.
The silent treatment adds more to Jungkook's discontentment. He glowers while Jimin calmly continues with dinner.
Jungkook takes a few steps away from the dinner table, looking as if he's trying to calm his temper, taking deep breaths. His hand, holding a champagne glass. He takes a sip. Out of the blue, he throws the champagne glass into the porcelain floor.
Jimin trembles at the sudden sound. He didn't think Jungkook would actually throw it. The glass, now in shattered fragments. The champagne splattering on the floor.
Jungkook continues to lash out, kicking a nearby chair into the wall, causing an art frame hanging on the wall to fall to the floor, crashing, its glass-frame shatters into a horrible mess.
The sudden, alarming noise from the private room causes a restaurant female employee to rush in. "Is everything alright?" she asks.
"It's none of your business. Get out!" Jungkook shoos with bloodshot eyes.
"Everything's alright. Sorry for the inconveniences," Jimin immediately apologizes to the employee.
The female employee nods at the kind-looking guest, then after a timid glance at the other guest, she rushes out of the room.
Jimin stands up from the chair and walks to the angry man. "Jungkook, what happened to being kinder? Why lash out at an employee? And what kind of behavior is this?" He points at the ugly commotion on the floor.
"Why do I have to be kind? I never said I'm a good person." Still furious, he continues, "And you. You can talk now?!"
"Well you didn't look like you have the mental capacity to listen or understand anything," Jimin retorts.
"But your silence only makes me angrier!" Jungkook snaps back.
"Oh, so it's my fault?!" Jimin hisses and instantly Jungkook snatches one of his wrists.
"Don't change the subject!" he glares. "You still haven't told me why you went to dinner with that blockhead face."
"Don't call him that!" Jimin yanks the grip off his wrist.
