Breakups are totally fine, until end up in a situation where I couldn’t even walk out of my own class. Especially when the bullying is coming from seniors.
Right now, I feel like I’m stuck in the middle of the ocean—on one side, there’s the heartbreak, and on the other, there’s Jungkook, who’s stopped talking to me. Honestly, I feel like cutting my tongue off for slipping up and saying too much.
Now, Pull the hoodie over my head sitting in corner at canteen, while Luke and his minions show up to mess with me.
Bitch hasn’t forgotten the pub shit yet. he’s not coming at me directly, but he’s not leaving me alone either. Just stuck in the middle, being annoying.
Because Arlo’s the basketball champ, I’ve already become known as his ex in the senior section. And this kind of attention? Yeah, not my vibe at all. The spotlight I used to run from has now completely consumed me.
And as if that wasn’t enough, some older girls feel the need to come up to me and give me unsolicited advice about why I broke up with him. Like, seriously? They even bring up how Arlo announced to the entire class that I was his girlfriend. But, of course, no one knows that Pab’s actually gay.

As I stepped out of the canteen with my food tray, I could feel Luke’s gaze boring into me. That smirk he always wore was now a sneer, and I could tell he was looking for trouble. Just as I reached the exit, he stuck his arm out and poured water all over my tray.
Arlo knows he’s letting this nonsense happen, but he doesn’t say a word. And whenever I try to complain about it, he gives me this condition: if I agree to date him again, Luke will back off. Like, what? A beneficial relationship with his own friend? hell ewwh! I’d rather eat nails than get involved in whatever this guy’s trying to pull.
Never in a million years did I think Arlo would stoop this low—to the point of having such a gross mentality. Typical. So American.
