Is there a reason for living? ( BSD X BNHA)

As I was scanning the list of heroes I was starting to become more convinced that I should just opt-out of internships. It is to much work that I don't want to do, and besides it is not like I am going to be a hero anyways. I am too far gone and what's the point in being a hero if I just want to die.

I can't provide hope in others if I do not see a point in living.

That is the true reason as of way I can not be a hero. So why try when I know it is to far out of reach. My brain says it is for the mission but I just can't do this anymore I never stop thinking about her, this life is truly meaningless....

I know what I should do now....

It is bright and early outside on this beautiful morning. Students head to school excited to start their day full of adventure, but mainly because they want to talk about who they decided for the internship. You see this one decision can and will affect your hero path for the rest of your life, so you have to choose wisely. As the bell rings all the students are in the seats ready to start homeroom and turn in decision papers. All except for one...

"Dazai Osamu" The teacher sighed "Is Dazai Osamu here. He needs to turn in his paper work today before sundown." Scanning the room he notices his empty seat behind Bakugo. He isn't there at all this is new, no matter what is he is always in class. I also wasn't notified that he wouldn't be here and what he wants to do for his internships I also know he knows this as he never forgets dates no matter how much he pretends to. I'll just email him about it later. If he doesn't respond by tonight and he is not in class tomorrow I will take further action. I guess it's time to actually start homeroom not like I do anything.

The boys absence this day has left an impact on three students in the room. A girl with black hair wearing a guilty look, another girl with pink skin who is slightly less energetic but is stealing glances at the empty desk hoping that the boy appears, and a boy with red spiky hair who is slightly on edge nervously looking around the classroom.

The girl with black hair was blaming herself maybe it was her fault why he isn't here and she should say something to the teacher. She saw him break down after school yesterday. It was out of character for him but that was his true self. One thing was nagging at her though, his eyes looked so broken and was pleading for help, but from what? He never talks about what he is really going through and what we can do to help him. He just puts on a fake smile and pretends that he is okay when he clearly is not. Maybe I should tell Aizawa because he can do something to help him.

The pink girl knew something was off with her friend he was acting weird and yes Dazai is weird but yesterday he was weirder than normal. She doesn't know how to explain it. He was off and now he isn't here today it confirmed her theory. If she was being honest Dazai seemed sad like he was carrying this burden in his life that he can't let go off. Sure Mina wasn't the smartest but she knew people, it was a skill she could read people, a skill she took pride in. That is why he interested her Dazai is one of the people she had a hard time reading and knowing his true intentions and feelings. But today something was wrong and she can feel it in her gut.

Everyone else was treating it like a normal school day smiling and cracking jokes all but one. Momo just couldn't understand it, how can everyone be so happy when there is something up with Dazai not being here. It's obvious that something is wrong he always shows up no matter how much he complains about it.

The final bell rang everyone was making their way out of the school.

For once in a life time all the UA teachers were together in the lounge sure they weren't talking and another was sleeping. A knock was heard catching everyone's attention and the person on the other side was no other than Momo. Asking for Mr. Aizawa, she was pointed to a man in a yellow sleeping bag. Shaking she spoke up "Hello Mr. Aizawa" the yellow thing grunted, clearing her throat she continued "I think that there is something wrong with Dazai, he was acting weird and now he didn't show up to class today I'm just worried about him." the thing grunted again but this time he came out of the bag "Thank you for telling me I will keep note of that, I will email him about his absence later this afternoon. She bowed "thank you sensei" then left the lounge.

Later in the Afternoon, Aizawa was sitting with Hizashi in tense silence, until the blond cut through the tension, "so, what happened today, because obviously something is up" the other took awhile to respond "he didn't show up" it was quite but the blond picked up on it, "who didn't show up" Aizawa looked down at his cup "Dazai didn't show up and Momo said that he acted weird yesterday, plus it's not in his usual behavior to skip a whole day of classes" the blond nodded "then how about contact his guardian and seeing if he's sick or anything" The other nodding then got up to type the email to send to Daze's father.

Good Afternoon Dazai's guardian,

As you know Dazai has missed class today with no warning. I want to make sure that he is okay because it is out of character for him to miss so abruptly. As his teacher his safety and well being is up most important to me. Please let me know how he doing, and how he is feeling.

After sending the email he feels this pit in his stomach. Did he make the right choice? Is something going on with Dazai's home and his guardian is hurting him. It would make since if there was something going on and his behavior. Well I already sent it and made my decision, and I can't go back into time.
