Rivals

Leah's POV: 26th June

I wake up and yawn. I push myself up and then I see Ellie is eating. "Morning" I said, smiling. "Morning, you look beautiful" said Ellie. "As do you" I said, smiling. I nod at Ellie. I go pull on jeans, a white t-shirt and a cardigan. I brush my hair and put it in a bun. 

I step back out and Ellie's dressed in joggers, a hoodie and vans. Her hair is in a braid and she's smiling. I smile and I hear a whine. I go over to Theodore. "Hi, Theo" I said, picking him up. He just stares at me. "Your such an adorable boy and I promise to protect you and Levi" I said, kissing his head. 

Ellie gets Levi ready and I get Theo ready. Once we do, the nurse comes to help us get discharged. We put them in their car seats and we head to the car. We lock the car seats in and Ellie gets in the middle. I smile and get in the drivers seat.

Once we reach home, I help Ellie out first before getting the twins. We head inside. I watch as Ellie sits down. Ellie takes Theo out and I take Levi out. I smile and Ellie feeds them. I smile and rub my face. 

I smile and decide to text Lia with Ellie's permission to invite her over, while Ellie also texts Erin. I smile and soon we hear knocks. I stand up and go to the door. I open the door and Erin and Lia are standing there. "Hey" they said, smiling. "Come in" I said. They follow me to the sitting room and gasp. "YOU'VE HAD THEM?!" shouted Lia. "Shhh but yes, we did" I said. 

"So, Erin I have a question, will you be Theo's Godmother?" asked Ellie. "Yes! I'd be honoured!" said Erin, smiling. "And Lia, will you be Levi's Godmother?" I ask. "Of course, I'd be honoured!" said Lia. We let them hold them and I smile. 

"How was the birth?" asked Erin, looking at Ellie. "Hard. It was painful but it was so worth it when they were placed in my arms" said Ellie. "How was it for you, Le?" asked Lia. "Hard, because I had to watch Ellie be in pain knowing there was nothing I could do" I said. 

"That must be tough" said Lia. "It was but seeing her smile when she was holding our sons, I was so happy" I said. "They look just like you Leah" said Erin, smiling. "They do but I think they have some similarities with Ellie" I said. "Nah, they are all Leah" said Ellie, smiling. 

We have lunch together before they head home. Once they head home, we relax and go through the routine we are building with the twins. Once we have food, which we ordered from McDonald's, we lie in bed after locking up. 

I smile at Ellie and she leans in. We share a kiss and then we decide to go to sleep. 

NEXT DAY

I wake up and hear Theo crying. Luckily Ellie pumped last night. I pick him up and go downstairs to prepare a bottle. Once I finish making it, I settle down and feed him. I smile at him and think about his future. 

"Your going to grow up and be an amazing man, I just know it. You and Levi, we both love you so, so much" I said, smiling. 

Ellie walks in with Levi. "There you two are, you both look happy" said Ellie. "We are, his a hungry little boy" I said, smiling. Ellie laughs. "Let's hope his not fussy like you with food" said Ellie. "Oh shut it" I said, laughing. 

We relaxed for the whole day but everyone from Chelsea came at 1 and then everyone from Arsenal came at 3. Everyone loved the twins. 

We took photos of the twins to announce the birth.

Beth and Viv haven't announced the birth of their baby. The baby was born in March, 15th. They wanted to keep the baby to themselves but they've just posted.

Me and Ellie are delighted to be parents at the same time as Beth and Vivi.  We head to bed at 10pm, ready to sleep.
