The time before-

Sean's pov

It's all prepared! Jake should be here any minute now.

I've prepared Jake with some apple pie at the pink room according to his mom, it's his favourite. And drew helped me set it up. Surprising,I know, but he says he wants to help since he feels bad for Jake.

Hmm 10 minutes before class starts. Where is he?

"He should be here by now!where is he?". Drew shouted frustratedly.

He racked his auburn locks of hair and sat down on one of the chairs near the table.

I have this eerie feeling that something is wrong. No! It can't be!but maybe I should go check. Ya, I'm going with my gut.

"Why don't we go check,drew! I have a feeling something bad has happened ," I acknowledged him,tugging on his left arm.

He stood up from his chair, and we both walked out of the pink room together.

We entered the busy hallways of Rosemeadow High School. Everyone was whispering . I don't know what they are whispering about but some words I heard were about Jake.

Drew and I continued walking down the halls, and we spotted zoey.

She was talking to Jake.

"You know I don't even know why you hang out with Sean? Like he's a music freak, you know, and you have us,why do you need him? ". I managed to catch a bit of zoey's words as drew and I hid behind a door to hear what they were discussing about.

"I know right! He is a freak! But I have to keep it up if I want to get back in the club and win Daisy's heart! I figured it's the only way to do it. It's taking an impossibly long time for it to happen but I will eventually get to it hopefully. Sean is a good person for me to use anyway. It's too bad he doesn't know about this...". Jake said, confidently.

My eyes grew big and started to well up with tears. There's no way! He wouldn't do that! Jake is the nicest guy I met,he wouldn't-

Drew came up behind me and patted my back. I looked at him and he walked straight towards them.

"UNBELIEVABLE, REALLY JAKE? THIS IS WHY YOU DIDNT COME TO OUR SURPRISE?COS YOU ACTUALLY HATE SEAN?...". I watched from behind as drew confronted them.

Jake didn't say anything he just stood there and looked at the ground. He sighed heavily.

"Nothing to say?huh? Looks like a freak to me! I had enough of you acting all sad then made me feel bad for you. I helped Sean plan that surprise for you cause I felt bad but nooo. You were just acting. How pathetic! ".

"Well congrats you just lost two friends in one day . Have fun with your life! FREAK!". Drew walked away from the scene and Jake was left speechless. It was like his mind couldn't comprehend what happened then he shrugged as if nothing had happened. He was about to walk away when he saw me and he stared for a minute ,looked down and walked away as the bell rang.

I didn't need-i can't go to class. I can't believe this. I walked to the toilet to try and calm myself down but nothing worked.

I stared at the mirror. My cheeks were a light tint of red. Tears were still falling out but I have to calm down ,I have to go to class. Deep breaths. I washed my face ,water trickling down my cheeks . I sighed and got out of the toilet. I couldn't stay in there forever.

As i walked out, a tinge of blonde hair appeared from the corner of my eye. Wait. Jake? I looked back but he disappeared. I swear I saw him? Maybe I'm hallucinating?

Oh right! Class!

Author's note: hey guys !I'm sorry i lied it in the last chapter. I was so busy! 😭 anyway man poor Sean. Certainly gonna miss their little antics right? Le sigh . Things won't go well. And we almost ending honeslty. Next chapter is back to jakey's pov and this scene will be repeated in his pov just saying! Well adios!
