HIS RUINOUS TEMPATATION

Inaya Pov-

Sunrays started falling on my face through windows disturbing my sleep.I heard my door opening and footsteps coming towards me."Inu,wake up otherwise you will be late for your classes." I heard my mother's sweet voice.

Keeping the pillow over my face,I said"mumma let me sleep na, classes can wait." "Offo,this girl and her silly talks." I heard her chuckling as she said the sentence. Suddenly my phone started vibrating and I picked it up without looking at the screen.

And suddenly my eyes got wide open as soon as I heard "Miss Inaya Ahuja,will you please do the honour of coming to college on time?" Adwija shouted on the phone call and I suddenly moved my phone away from my ear.

"Yaar,mai toh bhul hi gayi thi ki aaj college jaldi aana hai,just give me 30 mins Adwi I am coming." I cut the call without waiting for her reply as I knew she would have started her lecture on the call only.
(I forgot that today we have to reach college early)

I freshened up in 15 mins and wore my outfit. I took my time doing my skincare and applied my favourite lip blam.Taking my bag I sprinted out of my room making my way downwards.

As soon as I entered the dining area I heard my dad saying "Inaya,beta come and have your breakfast." "No dad,today I am getting late and Adwi is also waiting for me.Don't worry I will have something."

"Inu, this is not done beta.You should wake up before if you know you have to reach college on time." Yaa you all guessed it right, ofcourse my mother said that.

"Dad please tell mumma as I am getting late.Bye bye,I love you both." Giving my dad sidehug I ran towards the main door as I don't want to hear any other scoldings. "Take care and have lunch on time." I heard my dad's voice while moving out.

I reached my college and took a min to absorb its' beauty.Studying in one of the most reputed colleges of India which is surrounded by all the elites family children.

Moving forward I saw my bestfriend Adwija who was looking correction glaring at me like she would eat me alive today.Hey Prabhu! Aaj bacha lena iss jangli billi se agli baar pakka late nahi karungi. I prayed to God in my mind and started moving towards her.
(Dear God! Please save me today from this wild cat.I am promising that next time I will reach on time.)

"Arey,aaiye aaiye Ms.Inaya.Aapka hi toh hum kabse intezaar kar rahe the ki aap aayein or hamari aankho ko tripti prapt ho." She said while sarcasm was clearly evident in her tone.
(Please come Ms.Inaya.I was waiting for you to come so that my eyes could finally be at peace.)

"Sorry baby,I am promising you over your boyfriend that I will not make you wait from now onwards." I said while showing my puppy eyes to her. "Ayyy,why are you swearing on my boyfriend.Pehle khudh late karti hai fir mere bf ki jhuti kasam khati hai."
(First you get late and then take false swears of my bf.)

"Now let's go otherwise that lady hitler will make our life hell." She said while referring to our professor Mrs Shukla who is not less then any hitler.

Moving towards our classroom we saw that she was nowhere to be seen and we both took a breath of relief. Moving fast we settled on our seats so that she don't create any drama.

"Hey Inaya!" I heard Ritvik's voice and turning my head towards his direction I passed him a smile and said hello.Before we could talk further that lady hitler entered and started her torture.

Finally the lectures ended and I moved towards the canteen along with Adwi.She ordered the food while I took my place. God!these lectures could be so tiring.

Adwi came with the tray of our order and as soon as she kept the tray on the table my hands already made their way towards the food even before I could process."Woo girl easy easy.It seems like you have not eaten the food for years." I heard her saying while I stuffed more food in my mouth."You know I can't control my hunger for too long." I stated the obvious and started savouring my food listening to her rants.

We both almost finished the food while my phone started ringing.I saw dad's name on screen and picked up the call without wasting a sec."Bacha,have you eaten something?" His tone was concerning.
"Yes dad,I just had my food." "Good,if you are free then can you please bring my file from home to my office as it' s really important and have some confidential things so I can't trust anyone other than you and your mother. And as your mother has gone to her friend's house I don't want to disturb her." My dad said and I realised how much he loves my mother. Hopefully one day I will also have someone like they have each other.

"Yes dad, ofcourse I am free and even if I was not I would have come for you." "Aww,my bacha I love you.Come fast and safely." He said and I hummed while ending the call.

Bidding my goodbye to Adwija,I moved towards the car as driver uncle was already there.

I grabbed the file from our house and moved towards dad's office. As soon as I entered everyone greeted me with a warming smile and I returned the gesture.

Entering my dad's private lift which is only for him and his family members I pressed the floor number and the gates closed.Reaching on the floor which only have very few cabins I entered my father's cabin.

As soon as I entered I heard someone shouting and I soon realised that he was here.
