"I'm getting really worried billie" gretchen tells me as we walk down the corridor "I mean sometimes she does this thing were she ghosts everyone for like a day or two but it's never been four days!" she whisper shouts

"I'm gonna go to her house after school" i tell the girl, trying to calm her nerves "she messaged you?" she asks hopefully, I shake my head and her smile drops "im just worried so im gonna go check and make sure everythings okay" i open my locker

"oh, we'll come to" she says refering to her and karen, I shove some stuff into my locker "um, I was kind of planning to just go myself.." i turn to look at the girl

"oh" she blinks "I guess that makes sense, she might not want a lot of visitors right now" she stares at the lockers

"hey" i placed my hand on her shoulder, bringing her out of her trance "I promise to message you first okay?" i smile reassuringly, she nods a small smile on her face. i shut my locker.

i arrive at her house and get out of car shutting the door, before beginning the walk up her driveway.

I knock on the door and wait a few seconds

"normally Ms George is home by now"

i knock again and wait, still no answer. "this is just fucking great, regina never answers the door and if her mom's not home no one's answering" i mutter to myself
