Originally, at the age of 6 she went to watch a family friend in their tattoo parlour to try and get over her fear of needles. She did get over that fear and found herself fascinated with the process of doing tattoos, and so the friend taught her and even let her practice on him. She picked it up surprisingly quickly, and became the guy's apprentice by the time she was only 13. She ended up tattooing a few celebrities, and to have such good skills at such a young age she became an ultimate by the time she was old enough to attend Hope's Peak.
