Invisible String- A Beta Lumity Story

AMITY CENTRAL:

Amity Blight. Top student. Straight A's. Perfect child from a 'perfect' family. She was sent to a boarding school to "reach her potential".

What the fuck was that supposed to mean?

There she sat, hunched on her bed reading her comfort book for the twelfth time.

She didn't want to be at this school. Hell, she didn't even like school. She got the best grades because she was smart. And let's just say her parents would NOT like it if her grades slipped below an A.

So here she was, reading the same page over for the fifth time. She set the book down. It was no use. It didn't help from what was happening in the real world.

Amity was convinced Mrs. Gleeful was the worst principal ever. She was like an unnecessary movie sequel. All she ever did was vacuum her office and give children empty threats. You could get away with anything.

Amity had gotten away with quite a lot, although she made sure that her parents didn't find out.

Mrs. Gleeful had called up Amity's mother, as her father was busy working for the company. Odalia had attended the 'meeting' as well as Amity. Mrs. Gleeful had proposed the idea of moving Amity to a gifted school.

A gifted boarding school.

Her mother accepted the deal after being assured that Amity had not done anything wrong and was only to be attending the school because of her 'wits'.

So here Amity was, sitting in her dorm. She would have so much uninterrupted free time! Once she completed her studies of course. Of course, an additional plus of going to boarding school meant no parents. She could definitely get used to that.

Maybe this will be okay.

How do you feel about this Amity? I might change her later. There are so many plot holes lol  Anything you want in the story just tell me and i will probably include it since i have like 2 reads. ty! byeeeee
