Special containment procedures: Instances need to be kept in level 5 standard humanoid containment cells, while heavily restrained in order to prevent them from escaping or carrying out any escape plots due to their clever but intelligent nature. Any instances much taller or uncontrollable must not be considered for capture and need to be neutralized instead without question.
They should also be fed five times a day or more due to chance of them triggering their hunger which leads to them becoming much more aggressive in nature.
Interviews need to be carried out with instances by level 6 researchers, while having four to five MTF members guarding them in case of the entity attacking them.
Should an instance escape, the entity needs to be captured again or be neutralized without hesitation if command demands it only.
Description: SCP-44779 are rat like humanoids known only as the Skaven, which is based on the property Warhammer Fantasy by Games Workshop.
They look like any rats but can walk like humans, but also utilize by using their four legs as well like any rat species but are slightly hunched back and extremely hostile to humans and other species.
They are capable of human speech, but due to being rats their speech tends to be squeaky sounding and have a massive appetite that if not satiated will lead them to become aggressive and attack others including their own, in an attempt to devour them to satisfy their so called " black hunger."
They are also very intelligent and crafty in combat, and are capable of making their own guns like Gatling guns, muskets, mortars and so on but mostly belonging to medieval design unlike modern day weapons.
There are feral variants of the entities that are used for cavalry purposes and giants like rat ogres for more brute force tactics and so on.
On October 202x, an operation was carried out by North African countries alongside MTF & GOC forces in the defense of Morocco from an enemy invasion led by the Forsakens armies, with the enemy goal being to capture Morocco and use it has a starting point of operations for a full invasion of Africa.
The instances of SCP-44779 were also part of the invasion and came from using underground tunnels that were drilled using the Soviets Buravs.
The invasion was successfully foiled and any enemy survivors were taken into custody, including a few instances of SCP-44779. However, casualties were high were both forces but no civilians were killed due to evacuation being carried early.
Addendum report no.2399: Skaven interrogation.
The following is video footage of Researcher Dr. Amelia Buck assisted by four MTF soldiers, interrogating a Skaven warrior who was heavily restrained to his chair.

Skaven: *trying to break free from chair*
Buck: *sighs* Listen, we'll let you get a lot of food and other necessities, if you cooperate and tell us why are you working with the forsaken,
Skaven: Curse you-you, human !
Then the Skaven was electrocuted violently by a taser baton used by the MTF and forcing the Skaven to calm down.
Buck: The next one will be on lethal mode. Why are you working with the dark god ?
Skaven: Only council of thirteen know of his-his involvement with us. But we are getting benefits like more-more materials, food and so-so much more.
Buck: Uh huh. Anything else of note ?
The Skaven looks around himself and then continued speaking.
Skaven: We get-get much more powerful warp items from space elves.
Buck: Space elves ?
MTF: Aeldari from 40k, Dr.Buck. You've been going after their Craftworld's aren't you ?
Skaven: Yes-yes ! We invade a lot-lot of places. Some from our own world, but-but different worlds as well whose name I always can't keep remembering. Too busy-busy.
Buck: How long has this alliance been for you ?
Skaven: In our world time-time, about only two months. That much-much I only know. Nothing else-else.
Buck: That will be enough. Take him away.

The Skaven was later kept in containment and the rest of his kind as well. It is still unclear why the council is under alliance with the forsaken. Further investigation is to be taken in the future.
