Anna POV:

The woman walked in the room and holding a purse "Uhm, the nurses said this is my sons roo-" She interrupted herself when she saw her suppose son, she immediately walked towards him and gently pushes me aside "My sweet baby" she spoke in a childish voice as she cupped Parkers face, while Parker held onto his mothers wrist and tried to gently push her away as he looked up at his mother, i giggled quietly to myself amused by their interaction, before i spoke "Your son is ready to go, we just have... a few... difficulties..."

June raised an eyebrow as she stopped cupping her sons face "a few? Mind telling me What the few is?" She asked i nodded then Mr. Daniel interrupted me and quickly responded "yeah of course, its not a big deal.. its just Anna here is going to keep helping Parker, you know... just to try and bring back his memories.. and possibly remember about his sister.. or what happened on christmas.." he spoke in a serious tone, June sighs relief and quickly nodded "Well if thats the only issue then i dont see the problem, im glad to see you guys are trying your best, i thought that it was just going to be me and Hayden but its true what they say, the more the merrier!" She spoke delightedly

I smiled, feeling glad that there wasnt anymore tension we would be dealing with, although i still dont trust this june.. women.... but i still cant believe im losing my job and i cant do smack about it! "theres a papers about his healthcare down in the office, after you collect your son you can head down we would be waiting" i spoke trying my best to seem unaffected by the situation, June nodded once more and smiled as she looked at me and Mr. Daniel "Thank you, it means alot to me, its really is nice to see you two trying your absolute best as well, I just want you guys to know. I appreciate your offer" she said. Her voice was genuine and honesty.. i guess Mr. Daniel was right.. i must have underestimated her... just a.. tiny bit...

After a while

Me and Mr. Daniel waited downstairs at the office for the two, June and Parker, we were talking as we waited, our conversations would go on to something meaningfull, to something completely unrelevant, then finally they came, June was holding Parkers wrist and her other hand holding his blue teddy bear as they walked towards us "Okay, i got everything!" She said as she stopped walking when she reached us, i smiled as Mr. Daniel helded her the papers of healthcare "and you should be good to go now, and dont worry since Anna is going to stay shes going to be the provider" she took the papers and gently put them in her purse as she let go of Parkers wrist "Thank you again, for looking after and taking care of my son, it really does mean alot to me" she spoke... her voice and actions were grateful.. and genuine just as her words.

Maybe... i did.. underestimate her.. but i had to be skeptical, i cant just be gullible about something so serious.. this is a crime were talking about... not just an oopsy daisy... we watched as they left the Hospital waving goodbye at the two of us.. we waved goodbye as well, Mr. Daniel turned to face me as he spoke "im glad you agreed Anna, i know it was sudden.. but remember, you can not do both, their both completely different jobs, and i know you cant. Im just.. very glad.. you didnt make this anymore challenging" he spoke sincerely, i rolled my eyes and nodded "Yeah you better be glad" i said with the sheet of papers that Mr. Daniel gave to me still holding it in my hands, i looked down at them then back at Mr. Daniel "and im glad you gave me this offer.. i just wish.. i didnt have to leave." i said, with a slight grin creeping on my face

This is the end of one journey, my journey. Opening up a continuation of a recovery.. i hope that maybe.. something.. or someone will remind him.. about what happened.. on the night before Christmas..

I was closing up the Hospital, being the only one left in, i just.. wanted to have one last.. look at this place.. and get everything i needed. I was checking in with the patiences room making sure i hadnt forgotten anything, i kept walking around, then suddenly i stepped on something, i stood still and backed away to see what it was then saw an envelope.. an envelope with a cover that read to Parker, it might've been the one that June and Hayden had gaven him from day one.. i bended down and picked it up from the floor.. and looked at it.. "he must've forgotten it... or... lost it.." i muttered quietly to myself. I turned the envelope around and it read from Dave Afton. I gasped quietly to myself

I was completely wrong.. this isnt the envelope from his parents.. its from the hallucination he was on about.. i need to take this with me.. i need to keep this away from him.. he cant, he shouldnt even know who Dave is.. it isnt relevant to his situation i.. im not sure why hes even reaching out to Parker in the first place..

I glanced around briefly as i took the envelope and placed it in my pocket then started continuing wandering around the empty Hall as the sleeping noises of the patients carried on.

I slowly walked downstairs, and towards the exit push door, i stopped walking as i sighed to myself and slowly pushing the door, i turned around. My eyes observing the empty dark Hospital before i fully turned around and quietly left.
