Commitment Phobic (Jenlisa)

Rosie POV

I'm in New York doing my photoshoot for Vogue. My work has been distracted because I've to traveling here and there tailing Armand just to keep the rumour alive. Sadly, people not really interest in our story, not even my fans. Instead it's backfired me.

His PR team trying to find another way to grab people attention but to no avail. And I don't want to put ideas on what should we do. I should talk to him to end this drama anytime soon before it's getting uglier.

It's 8.45pm and I was having drink with my friends when we passed by a big poster of Lisa as a model of Alaïa. That monkey didn't even bother to tell me about this.

So I decided to scold her.

*ring ring*

"Hi Chipmunk!"

"Well hello Ms Model. Congratulations on your first poster"

"Hehe. Thank you"

"Don't laugh! Why you didn't tell me about your photoshoot?!"

"I didn't even know that I've photoshoot. All I remember was I came to her office, asking her out for lunch but then she inform her business partner that I'm her new model. The same way she declared me as her photographer"

"And you didn't reject it?"

"Only she can reject me. I will do everything just to keep her close to me Chaeng"

"You're so whipped!"

"I don't care. When are you coming back to Seoul?"

"Probably next week. I still have work to do here in New York"

"With that guy?"

"What? No! Gosh, my fans start calling me jobless because I keep spotting with him here and there. I gain more haters than fans now" I sigh.

"Told ya!"

"I know I know. I'm figure things out to end this drama. This is getting ridiculous"

"I don't know how to help you, but I hope you can figure out something and end this. I can't stand that guy!"

"Me too Monkey me too! Anyway how are you and Jennie? Did she accept you already?"

"Nope. She's giving me mixed signals and it's confusing. She avoid me and suddenly become clingy. Her mood is weird as hell these past few months"

"Weird? As in?"

"If she wants something and I didn't give it, she is crying like a kid. And when I give it, her eyes beaming with happiness"

I raised my brows hearing Lisa. This is so not Jennie. Something is not right. I had to ask Jisoo about this.

"Maybe she's just stressed out with work. Anyway I will call you later, I had to make another phone call. Take care you Monkey"

I hang up the phone after she bid goodbye. And dialing another number.

Lisa POV

"Whose call was it?" I jolt up hearing her voice.

"Shit! You scared me!" I said

"Have you check your email?" Jennie asked me crossing her arms.

"No. Why?"

She rolled her eyes.

"Mr Jung invite you and me to his party for the success of our collaboration"

"So you will go?" I asked her.

"We! We will go Manoban. He specifically wrote Ms Jennie Kim and Ms Lisa Manoban, which is you and me!"

What's with her mood this morning?

"I see.. Okay let me see if I can attend it" I said while sitting on my chair and opening my laptop.

"What do you mean by 'see if I can attend it'?" She furrowed her brows.

I sigh. Leaning back on my chair.

"I don't have formal outfit to attend the party Jen"

"I will arrange it for you. You don't have to think about it. So it's done. We are going to attend the party. No more excuses" She left my desk.

"No. Wait!"

I tried to catch her up but she left already and get inside the elevator.

Aish.

I was busy editing some photos from last photoshoot. Jennie asked me to publish some more pictures for her campaign.

*ring ring*

"Hello"

"Manoban come here now!"

I saw the screen and she hung up the phone already. Is she on her period or what, why so cranky?

I ignore it and back doing my work in editing. And my phone ringing again.

"Hello"

"Where the hell are you? Get your ass down here now!"

She hung up again. What is wrong with her!

I get up and proceed to her office.

"What's so urgent?" I asked her.

She's sitting on the couch leaning back.

"Come here" She said.

So I come to her. Still standing. Looking down to face her.

"Sit Manoban" I obliged.

She get up and suddenly sit on my lap. Her hands wrapping my body with her head resting on my chest.

She's clingy again.

I hug her, caressing her back.

"Are you okay?" I asked her.

"Hmm. I just want to do this"

She sigh.

We stayed like this for almost 30 minutes. When she suddenly get up and back to her swivel chair.

"Go back to work Manoban. What are you doing here?!" She said.

I widen my eyes and raised my brows confused.

"You were calling me to come her and suddenly sit on my lap then sleeping on my chest. And now you are asking me what am I doing here?"

She didn't look at me but her face is red.

"You are unbelievable!" I shook my head.

Then I left her office.

Jennie POV

I wish the earth can swallowed me already. My baby had been missing her or his Dada that I had to call Lisa and being clingy to her. It was embarrassing but I feel like wanna cry if I didn't do it.

Why this is so hard!

The more I try to avoid her the more my baby is missing her.

*knock knock*

I saw Mina coming in with my designer.

"Ms Kim. They're here to bring your dress"

"Yes please come in"

They come with several dresses and suits.

I walk to check them out.

"I like this dress, and... This outfit. Prepare these two outfit, send it to my parents mansion"

"Sure Ms Kim"

"Mina, send the MUA to the mansion as well. I need to look perfect for tonight"

"Noted Ms Kim"

They both left my office and I'm back doing my work.
