The unexpected gestures
The closeness that we had
The time spent yesterday,
was undoubtedly one of my best days yet.
My heartbeat raced,
And all I could suddenly see is you.
It was our 1st hangout together,
yet to me, it felt like forever.
After 11 years of being single,
I forget how it was to have this kind of attention.
It was supposed to be friendly,
but it got to be a romantic one.
Now, my smile doesn't seem to go away,
and the butterflies in my tummy seemed to stay.
Gotta blame your beautiful eyes
and those extremely sweet conversations.
It was on that day, I knew.
These feelings has blossomed into something I never expected.
