The camera panned down from the chandelier in all its glory, showing the entrance of the Hazbin Hotel. It was a typical day—if anything in Hell can be called typical. Angel Dust was lounging on one of the worn-out couches, flipping through a trashy magazine. Vaggie was sitting close to the chimney, throwing occasional glances at Charlie, who was pacing nervously. Vira sat calmly at a nearby table. Her long, black hair cascaded like liquid shadow, while a soft glow flickered in her eyes. In stark contrast to the surrounding chaos, her presence exuded an eerie calm.

"Okay, so the extermination is coming in six months instead of a year. No big deal. Just a little setback", Charlie rambled. Vaggie watched her anxiously, afraid the princess might lose control. "Nothing we can't handle. Just angels cutting our timetable in half. But who needs a whole year to save souls!?"

"The Exterminators aren't known for changing their schedules on a whim. Someone must have interfered, or there's something bigger at play", Vira replied coolly without even looking up from her typewriter. Whereas Angel had his own thoughts over the matter.

"Maybe Heaven's just impatient to get rid of our charming personalities. Can you blame 'em?"

The princess of hell still went on a rampage, not even listening to a single word. "Am I right? And next time, when they cut the time in half again and again, WE'LL JUST HANDLE IT, RIGHT?!" She panicked and stopped her fast pace around the lobby. Vaggie grabbed her shoulders and tried to calm her down. "Yes, we will."

Just for Angel to obnoxiously interfere again. "Oh please, ya had less than half a chance when you started all this salvation bullshit" He groaned theatrically, swiping through his phone with both hands while his other pair of arms, wrapped in bright pink gloves, waved around in exaggerated frustration. His eyes widened dramatically, emphasizing his flair for the absurd. Vira shot Angel a piercing glare, instantly silencing his sarcastic commentary.

He rolled his eyes, shrugged, and glanced back at his phone, the steady ping of incoming messages making it impossible for him to focus.

"While you're lookin' for a freaking way out toots, the rest of Hell is going nuts", He held up his device, the screen glowing as he angled it toward their faces. "People are already freaking out about the news. Look at what's happening in the Doomsday Distract!"

Vira saw another text message going through. "What is a "donkey show"?"

Quickly, Angel turned the screen away and waved her off. "Aah, aah, nothing. My boss, Val, is just freaked out about the news, too!"

Vira hummed. She despised Valentino with every fiber of her being, seeing him as the embodiment of everything corrupt and vile in Hell.

His exploitation of Angel Dust and countless others fueled a deep, burning hatred within her, and she silently vowed to see his downfall, no matter the cost. Even though she also did not take kindly to Angel, she felt deeply sorry for Val being his boss. The demon lady herself had refused a rather insulting offer from the V's. Not that anyone besides her knew.

"Yeah, that's true. Sinners are desperate", Vaggie concluded with a hand to her chin, thinking about ways to take advantage of the current situation. "Maybe desperate enough to try anything to escape the extermination?" She glanced at Charlie suggestively who gasped in excitement.

"This is the perfect time to recruit more sinners for the hotel! But it's not like people are just going to show up on our doorstep!"

In an instant, the front doors were blown apart, splintering into a thousand fiery shards.
The force of the blast sent a shockwave through the lobby, shattering windows and hurling debris across the room. As the dust and smoke settled, an eerie noise followed, leaving everyone frozen in shock, eyes wide with surprise and uncertainty.
