So...this is Peter

It was Saturday morning and Peter was working in the lab with Tony. The school week had been easy meaning he was out on patrol more however he hadn't really taken time for the lab which was why he asked Tony for a lab day that the man readily agreed to. That was until Peter groaned for the tenth time "Ok. That's it. I get you need a distraction kid but i doubt this is it. How about...Oh! How about a beach day?" "What?" "Yea. We can take the team on a trip to one of my vacation homes. How does Hawaii sound?" Peter didn't have enough time to wrap his head around anything before Tony was calling the remaining team members-some where out on missions and some(Stephen) were just MIA-and arranging everything. Before he knew it he  was sat in the Quinjet with the team each of them having an overnight bag heading to Hawaii. When did this become his life?

Peter watched in shock as the SUPERHERO TEAM became domestic. Clint, and Steve were on one side setting up the grill while Thor kept poking and prodding everything they used in confusion. Nat and Bruce were setting up the table and towels and chairs for them. Tony finished unpacking the car they arrived in before approaching Peter and slinging an arm over his shoulders "This is weird." Tony laughed at Peters breathy whisper "What's weird?" "This. It's so, i wanna say domestic?" Tony was quiet for a while before he kissed the boys head making Peters eyes widen and his cheeks red "It's family Bambino." before the billionaire walked off the stop Thor form breaking the equipment. When Tony looked up to see Peter helping Nat and Bruce he just smiled before continuing his explanation to Thor on what a grill was.

Once everything was ready Steve and Clint each took shifts between grilling and resting while Nat laid on a towel sunbathing. Peter found himself lying on a beach chair with a content sigh. "Hey Peter!" the teen sat up spotting Clint and Thor grinning at him "Come on squirt." he called. Peter made a face "I don't really feel like swimming." "Oh come on. The point of today is to relax. Come on."  Peter was about to respond when Clint smirked running into the water, Thor following and Peter felt someone pick him up. The teen screeched "Mr. Stark!" "That's the name kid." "Put me down!" "No can do. Ok Bambino, hold your breath." "No, no, no, Mr Stark!" but it was too late, next he found himself staring up under water. He swam to the surface and gasped to air. Clint and Thor were laughing a little further in while Tony smirked on the sand. When Peter got a mischievous glint in his eyes Tony stepped back "Kid no." "What?" asked Peter innocently as he approached the man "Don't you dare Piccolo." Peter merely grinned before grabbing Tonys hand and falling back, effectively pulling Tony along. As they resurfaced laughter rang loud among them and Thor hit the water causing it to splash Tony in the face "Oh you're on."

Eveyrone sat around the fold in table having lunch and conversation when Peter opened his mouth "Um can i ask a question?" everyone silenced and Tony smiled "What's up kid?" "It's a weird question though." "Have you met these idiots?" was Nats' reply and the boy giggled before nodding "Um Mr Thor?" "Yes young one?" "How does your hammer work?" "Oh. Well only those worthy of Mjolnir may wield him." "And if they do they can control lightning?" "Not necessarily. You see the power of lightning is mine and the hammer allows me to control it. the lightning power isn't in the hammer itself." "Oh, makes sense." "Was that it?" asked Tony in confusion. Peter shook his head "No. My question is that since only worthy beings may wield the hammer what happened when you put it down in ana elevator?" everyone looked to Thor who tilted his head "It would still move." "So the elevators worthy?" "No-" Thor seemed to stop himself and lean back deep in thought. The rest of the team waited until Clint whispered "I think he's broken." "Really?" asked Steve. "Kids got a point though." said Tony and Bruce nodded "This is interesting." 

Safe to say it took a while to snap Thor out of his state and even then Tony and Bruce assured him that everything was ok before they went on with their day.

At the end of the day they flew back home. The team had to be at the compound so they landed there and Tony called Happy to fetch him and Peter.

They sat in the car both exhausted form the day but relaxed. Tony just finished answering emails on his phone when he glanced at Peter. The engineer smiled fondly seeing the boy asleep against the window. Slowly he laid the boys head on his lap stroking his hair lovingly.
