Rudraksh entered his room and find Saanvi sitting on the sofa and deeply thinking.

" Are you still awake?" He asked her

She looked at him, he sits beside her

" Your marriage is fixed with Devika then why did you marry me?" She asked him.

" Who told you all this?" He asked instead of answering her question

" I am sorry because of me you have to face so many problems. It's all because of my bad luck " she said

" What do you mean by ' bad luck ' ?"

" My aunt told me that because of my bad luck my biological parents died in an accident and my adopted parents also lost their lives because of my bad luck" she said with a choked voice

" It's not like that rabbit, don't blame yourself for everything" he said. She didn't look at him

" I forgot to tell you, I booked a ticket for a Classical dance concert for you" he said to change her mood

" Really" she looked at him and he nodded. She smiled at him " thank you, thank you so much" she said

" It's okay if you are sad I can cancel _

" No, I am perfectly alright. I am not sad In fact I am very happy "

Ekansh saw Ishita sitting in the restaurant and enjoying her food. He straightly went towards her and sat in front of her.

" Mr Maheshwari you here?"

" Why? I think you forgot it's my restaurant" he said

" Correction, your dad's" she said and took a spoon of ice cream.

" What are you doing here? At this time" he asked her

" I came here to meet Dr Avinash and we talked for a few minutes and he left" she said the last word slowly

" Mr Maheshwari did you bring your card? I have money don't worry but I didn't bring my card I lost it" she made a sad face. " In fact I lost my purse, I don't know how I lost my purse whenever I drank"

" Then don't get drunk" he said nonchalantly

" You are right, drinking is injurious health but more than drinking love is injurious to humans" she said

He laughed at her words
" Don't laugh, I am serious that's why I decided to marry"

He stopped laughing and looked at her without blinking

" Dad wants me to marry so I decided to listen to his words " she said

" Who will marry a chatterbox like you?" He said and continued" I also lost my coat did you find my coat?"

" C.. coat, I have your coat with me I will return it to you tomorrow "

" Hmm be careful it costs about 50 lakhs "

" 50 what? 50 lakhs, I can buy the same coat for 5 thousand and you are saying like seriously " she said with amusement

" You are right you can find a similar coat at the cheapest cost but it doesn't hold the value of the original "

" It's not about the coat isn't it ?"

" Sir we got an invitation for the party of Maheshwaris "

" Good" a young man said with a smirk.

" Sir?"

" What"

" Every time you reject their invitation but this time, is anything special about this party?"

" Maybe or maybe not"
He started to laugh

After two days

" Mom what is the need for an arranging party suddenly? " Anjali said

" Now what happened to you?"

" Mom I need to buy a new saree along with matching jewelry it's a big problem now"

" I will help you Anjali, don't worry" kalyani said and handed her a glass of juice

" No need, you select clothes for your innocent daughter in laws. I will manage , I am used to all this "

" Anjali please don't humiliate them, they are now a part of our family " kalyani said.

Devika and Saanvi arrived , Devika was sitting in her wheelchair, they heard their words.

" Kalyani " Vijayamba warned her

" I am sorry but they are like my daughters and I don't stand any words against them" she said slowly yet audible

Saanvi hugged her and said thank you, Devika was just looking at her without any emotion .

Ekansh and Rudraksh entered Akash's study room and saw him sleeping on the sofa . Rudraksh went towards him and woke him up.

Rudraksh: why are you sleeping here

Akash: I was working on something for the past two days, I am tired and I slept here last night.

Ekansh: Which work?

They sat on either side of him and he showed them his laptop.

" I want to know exactly what happened that night" Akash said and started to search for something on his laptop......
