"Drill... Okay, can you speak a little more for me? I just need my translation module to recognize... whatever it is you're speaking." He said, making ridiculous hand gestures to get the point across. It wasn't that hard because he already makes ridiculous hand gestures before all this.
173, or Drill, was unsure about everything. The bot standing in front of her was obviously not from Project Mimicry, so they must be new. She didn't recognize him from anywhere. She wasn't even sure what happened to the scientists or anyone from the facility, the only thing she remembered was running. And... Oh. She escaped. That's a good thing, right?
But why does she have this bad feeling in her spark?
"R'vin kèyl drekk dûlom." She said.
Knockout stared blankly at her. Tetrahexian? Tetrahex? Really? "Just let me tune the translator... and-there! Now I can understand you. Let's hope whatever you're saying isn't too concerning."
"Hungry."
Knockout blinked, clearly caught off guard. "Wait, what? Hungry? You don't even.." He paused, regaining his composure. "No. You are not hungry. But I am the best medic on Cybertron." He replied smugly, grinning and flashing his fangs. "And you are in my medbay." He spoke in her language, his vernacular voicebox adjusting to the change.
"Cybertron... This are Cybertron?"
"No. Cybertron fell."
She blinked, surprised. She didn't know how long she's been in that escape pod, and her processor was still fuzzy. But Cybertron fell? She didn't even know that was possible.
"Cybertron falled? You is joke, right? What about friend?" She asked, a hint of nervousness in her nonsense words.
Knockout shook his head, shrugging. He didn't know. She probably escaped before the war got serious. "It's just ruins now. There's nothing left. It's a dead planet."
Her mouth gaped in shock. War... It was all the fighting outside the building. The sound of gunshots and metal hitting metal.. It was all so clear.
She suddenly became aware of her surroundings again, her gaze returning to the red mech. She was silent for a while, trying to process what he'd just told her.
"Well, uh. I'm Knockout," the medic continued, breaking the silence. "You were in a stasis pod, and now you're on a warship called the Nemesis. You are now a part of the Decepticons."
She blinked, her attention snapping back to him. "Decep-..?" she said, a bit confused.
"Yes. We are the Decepticons," Knockout said, not bothering to elaborate.
"Where are everyone? Other subjects."
"Subjects?" Knockout said, confused. "We found only you. Who are these 'subjects' you're talking about?"
"Oh," she said, sounding disappointed. She was silent for a moment.
"Come on. I'll get you more energon. You look like you're on your death bed. It's not a good look for you." He added, smirking and walking over to the storage unit. He opened it, taking out an energon cube of medical grade for her size and handing it to her.
"Thank." She said, taking the cube and draining its contents. It didn't taste good. Oh Primus, is this expired..? Does energon even expire?!
"It was my pleasure," Knockout said, watching as she drained the canister. It's good that she's getting her energy back. She had been running low, and he wouldn't be able to fix that if she was in that pod for any longer. "I need to perform a small examination. If you can just lay down for a few minutes, it won't take long."
