Kanao was about to choose her last name. There were choices between Kocho, Tatsukami, Shiroku, Kanzaki, Kuze, Tsuyuri, and Motomiya.
Saki: Oh, Tatsu-sama!
Triplets: Tatsu-sama!
Takeyasu: Hello girls. What am I seeing?
Kiyo: Kanao-sama is about to choose her surname!
Yasu: What do you know? And hey, you included my mom's surname before she married.

The little girl then looks at all the last names she can choose and first stood there. She had no idea what to choose. But she saw one last name that she knew would fit. Kanao unfortunately, she still was in her coin flip stage. So she either had to be told what to do or use her coin.
Kanao: (There are so many choices. Onii-chan's last name. Kanae and Shinobu's last name. But which do I choose?)
She then walks over to one of the last names and picks it up. When she looked at it, it said "Tsuyuri". Yasu's mother's maiden name.
Takeyasu: Perfect. You are now, Kanao Tsuyuri.
Saki: Aw...that's a beautiful name.
Takeyasu: Yeah. It's my mom's maiden name before she married my dad.
