The whole room was instantly covered in smoke as a voice exclaimed, "LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!!" Everyone eyes looked toward the voice, and there beside where the jewel is placed, there stood a figure clad in white, smirking with the Cherry Heart clunched in his gloved hands.

"well then , now that i have this im afraid i have to go now" The phantom thief declared as he dash toward the stairs and made his way up to the rooftop disappearing in the police vision

"ITS KID!!! WHAT ARE YOU GUYS WAITING FOR CATCH HIM!!" inspector nakamori roared as he ordered the police task force to take action which they all followed his order but some got stuck because of some traps that the phantom thief set, so it slowed their pursuit

"well then ran-san and sonoko-san ill better get going too" hakuba stated and the two girls noded

"PLS CATCH MY KID-SAMA FOR ME!!" sonoko shouted excitedly and hakuba just wave at her sweatdroping

"Mou, sonoko stop that" ran stated but sonoko just continue to day dream about the phantom theif not listening to ran nagging

Kaito Kid reached the rooftop as the police behind him get trapped with the traps that he had set or should he say jii-chan set

anyways he just had to do what he usually do check the juwel if its pandora even if he knows that it isn't really pandora because he already had the real one

He swiftly checked the jewel, confirming it wasn't Pandora, 'well maybe because the real one is already safely in my possession.' kaito thought sarcasticly and sigh afterwards

"How boring," he thought, a sigh escaping his lips as he pint the juwel to the moon pretending to check it . The thrill of his heist had faded, the excitement replaced by a dull routine. I mean he have no reason to be a phontom thief anymore, he attain his goald, he have pandora and his usual partner in crime, his detective, was absent not only today but possibly forever, leaving a void in his heart. The only reason he continue this, to not make the men in black suspicious

Suddenly, the rooftop door burst open, and Kaito instinctively turned around. Deep inside him he hope surged through him that it was his tantei-kun, but this hope was quickly shattered disappointment is clearly laced in his voice when he saw who it is.

Standing there wasn't his detective, but the British detective, Hakuba Saguru, his hair and clothes splattered with paint, especially his hair, which was now a vibrant shade of green.

Kaito's disappointment was obvious, but he quickly masked it with his usual poker face.

Kaito composed himself and his face is masked with poker face"My, my, Tantei-san, it's been a while, hasn't it? And nice hair. A lovely shade of green. It 'definitely' suits you," Kaito remarked sarcastically, a playful tone lacing his words.

"Indeed, it has been a while," Hakuba replied, ignoring Kaito's comment about his hair. "You haven't announced a heist in a long time, especially after you moved."

Kaito remained silent, his poker face unwavering.

"Tantei-san, I don't know what you're talking about. But I'm afraid I don't have time for this. So here this is the jewel, and it's not what I'm looking for.Well the ,Farewell," Kaito said, tossing the gem towards Hakuba, who caught it effortlessly.  Then, with a puff of smoke, Kaito vanished. then suddenly.....
