Cale waved dismissively, his expression feigning annoyance, as Choi Han respectfully bowed before hastening towards the village with Hans. Observing Choi Han's focused demeanor, Cale could not help but prefer it over his usual impassive state, though his contentment quickly turned to concern as he noticed something amiss.

A sense of foreboding washed over Cale like a wave, akin to the feeling of grasping a poisoned apple with sweaty hands. The bitterness of this sensation intensified as events unfolded before him.

«I have a bad feeling about this.» Cale muttered grimly.

As a speeding carriage approached, Cale's apprehension peaked. His worst fears materialized as an elderly man failed to evade the vehicle, tumbling onto the road. Witnessing Choi Han's valiant attempt to rescue the old man and the callous indifference of the carriage's driver, Cale could not contain his frustration.

«It's such a cliché!» He exclaimed, his eyes narrowing at the sight of the carriage adorned with the red snake emblem of Marquis Stan.

Choi Han's heroic act resulted in a collision with a nearby building, halting the carriage's progress. Though Cale was eager to intervene, Basen acted swiftly, prompting Cale to follow suit. Ron and the vice-captain trailed behind, their presence serving as a shield against potential aristocratic threats as the two were more worried about Cale.

As Venion Stan got out of the car, Cale frowned. He fits well with the opinion he had of himself, through the book "The Birth of a Hero". Your typical villain.

Encountering the archetypal villain in real life proved far more exasperating than encountering one within the pages of a novel. Cale found himself unable to beat someone simply for their wrongdoing or due to personal disdain, unlike Choi Han.

By the time they arrived, the situation had already deteriorated considerably. In just a few moments, Choi Han had worked himself into such a rage that his shoulders trembled with intensity.

"How dare you humiliate a noble individual like that?"

"What do you say to the possibility of someone getting hurt? Who was in harm's way? This occurred because you were recklessly driving the carriage!" Cale heard the heated exchange between Choi Han and one of Venion's lackeys, while Hans, standing nearby, approached Cale and Basen with a troubled expression.

"Choi Han-nim appears exceedingly agitated." Hans remarked.

It seemed Hans had already deduced the owner of the carriage to be from the Marquis's family, and he likely recognized Venion Stan as well. This narcissist emerged from the carriage only upon seeing the Henituse family crest.

"That's enough." Venion, the man with striking blond locks, interjected softly to his lackey. Instantly, the lackey retreated behind Venion as if his anger had never flared. Only Choi Han remained, visibly upset, while comforting the elderly man who had been frightened by the altercation.

The lackey was not truly angry; rather, he stood a considerable distance from the carriage. However, much like Venion, he likely caught sight of the Golden Turtle adorning it. This realization prompted him to overreact, his scolding of Choi Han amplified to an extreme volume in hopes of drawing attention. Hans, discerning the lackey's intentions, frowned in anticipation of their impending arrival.
