I new Life for a new problem ( old version not continued)

maybe he was exaggerating a little but that's how he felt. Basen continued telling Cale's adventures but the version without lies. He received both glares and concern from everyone. He was about to leave to hide in his room but unfortunately his plants were ruined.

" Lily your teacher is waiting for you. Cale wait, we're going to go to my office."

Deruth motioned for everyone to follow him.

Cale sighed once again resigned to his fate. It didn't take long for him to end up sitting across from his family who were looking at him with expectation and apprehension. They understood that Cale's story before he came here was going to be difficult but they still wanted to hear it, only if Cale wanted to. They didn't want to force him to tell them if he wasn't ready to talk, after all they had all the timein the world, they could wait till Cale's comfortable.

" if you want to know anything you can ask, but there are few good things...the situation or my life on earth, it was not like here. Everything was difficult, I was surviving more than I was living... and that didn't matter how old I was."

"Calm down, Cale, you don't have to do it if it's difficult for you, okay?" Deruth pointed out, he could see how Cale was uncomfortable. He wasn't even sure he noticed it himself.

"I have to do it, you deserve to know." Cale wanted to pay them back for accepting him so easily, he didn't want to lie to them again.

"Cale, no you don't owe us anything, actually we just want to get to know you better. But this is not necessary if it hurts you or does you harm." Violan spoke up to help convey the situation to their subconscious son.

He nodded, unaccustomed to the affection he had been receiving since his secret was discovered. He's a little overwhelmed by it, it's been so long since he's been able to experience it and it wasn't unpleasant.

"Okay, I can gradually tell you a few things to start with."

Of course all three readily agreed.

"Okay then let's start at the beginning, my parents died in an accident when I was still a little child and I ended up living with my uncle he was the only member of my family left but..."

The last part was said lower and with detachment, it shouldn't affect him anymore but he could still feel the pain of those times and he really didn't want to remember. he underestimated his behavior, the word "hit" would never be enough to describe what he suffered at that time. While he was lost in thought, he could feel someone hugging him.

Deruth approached Cale seeing him stop talking, he seemed a little lost. With the words he just said, he was afraid that he would be haunted by these bad memories again. Unfortunately, he also had experience...

He didn't feel Cale relax in his arms or even try to move away from him so he waited for his son to return back to them. It took some but the Count could feel Cale hugging him back. He held it a little longer before finally releasing it.

"I think that's enough for now."

Everyone of course accepted Violan's words.

Cale hadn't really detailed this part of his life but for them it was clearly enough. How does a man who is supposed to take care of a child end up hurting him? They wanted to catch that man and make him regret his birth but that explained part of Cale's behavior. His unconsciousness in the face of the concerns of others, his lack of self-preservation. No one has shown him affection for a long time and no one has taught him important things. They were going to help him understand all the things he normally would have learned as a child, now that he is with them.
