Little Bella

DARIUS POV :

Anger , Furious , Irritation .

These are the only things I mostly think from last 5 years .

It's been hard for everyone , losing our parents is hard for everyone but for me it was more than that.

From the start I was an introvert child with lots of anger which I didn't knew how to channel. My mother , MOM helped me with that she always knew when I was angry and needed an outlet .

I was her little shadow as everybody so thoroughly used to remind me and She was my person .

Don't get me wrong Our dad used love us and adore us but mom was my favorite parent , she will always be my favorite person.

After our parents death , I succumb to anger .

Only fighting and drinking was my release when 2 years ago I met an angel SYDNEY MAURA , a shy little nerd . I was in my 2nd year of college , my twin Dario has already completed his studies in college was working as trainee in the hospital , he was always very sharp and intelligent.

So, in my 2nd year I was failing in one my of my major subjects and hence a tutor , Sydney .

I was rude to her at first but little by little she softened my stone heart and made a space for herself.

Before going to breakfast I called her because it's been days since I last saw her.

"Hey, love " I said

"Hey " she replied in a soft voice . After years of dating and she is still a shy little nerd.

"How have you been ?" I asked

"Good , is everything alright there you sound a bit down ." She ask.

Before I can answer . Someone called me , when  I turned I saw it was none other then the newest edition of our family Bella.

" Uncle Dari , you pease help Bella with hair ." Bella asked sweetly.

Yesterday I did her hair , mom had long hairs she always needed assistance with it so I was the volunteer . Doing Bella's hair reminds me of mom's .

Actually no , this girl reminds me of mom . Mom always believed in angels , I remember she used to tell all of us about how when in need angels help us . Bella in indeed currently our angel .

When I was lost in my thoughts and didn't respond to her she tugged my pants and said "pease " and stared at me with her puppy dog eyes.

"Whose that Darius ?" Sydney questioned .

Shit I forgot I was talking to her.

"It's my niece Bella" I replied

"Oh , can I talk to her . She sounded like such a sweet person ." Sydney said .

"Sure " I said .

Thinking what harm it could cause but boy was I wrong .

I collected Bella on my lap and said to her " My friend wants to talk , do you want to talk to her ." I asked .

"Darius be gentle she is a child." Sydney scolded me but I was gentle only . Whatever .

Sydney video called and I started doing Bella's hair after handing her my phone .

"Hi" Bella said shyly .

"Awe you are such cute baby " Sydney replied cheerfully .

"Wait you never talk this cheerfully me ." I said and let me be clear I was not jealous at all.
