Damian's POV

Y/N and I are getting ready for the birthday dinner she had planned for me as on my birthday I was going to be at the Yankees game.

"Luis. Can you zip me?" she asked as she wore a sleek black dress.

"Sure thing," I said as I zipper the dress.

"What do you think?" she asked posing as she put her hands on her hips.

I chuckled and shook my head "Babe. You're stunning as always," I said.

"You don't look so bad yourself ," she said her eyes roaming over my body as she smoothed my shirt.

"Gracias mi corazón," I said kissing her lips.

"Mm. Papi, siempre serás bienvenido," she said wrapping her arms around my neck before I leaned in holding her hips and pulling her flush against me and kissing her. (Mm. Papi. You will forever be welcome.)

My hands pressed against her ass cheeks as I plunge my tongue into her mouth causing her to moan against my mouth. She grips my shirt. I lifted the skirt of her dress as a knock came on the door. We broke apart and y/n quickly smoothed the skirt of her dress before smoothing my shirt and adjusted the collar.

"Coming," I said.

I opened the door and it's Lorenzo "Ready to go?" he asked.

"We are," I said opening the door and y/n ducked under my arm and I followed her out. I wrapped my arm around her waist as we walked down the hallway. Esmeralda sees us and claps. Before reaching for me. I took her and kissed the side of her head "Ready to go celebrate our birthdays?"

"E oh!" she said grabbing my face and kissing me. Y/N smiled softly.

"Let's go," said y/n "We don't want to be late."

The restaurant........

We walked into the restaurant. Demi and Matt joined us to celebrate Matt's birthday since we share a birthday. But before Matt and I could say anything y/n and Demi covered our eyes with bandanas and took our hands.

"Just let me lead," y/n whispered to me.

"Well thank you Corazón. Since I can't see shit," I laughed as she made sure not to run into things.

I could tell we were in a big room as I felt the emptiness around me.

"One!" said Demi.

"Two!" said y/n.

"THREE!!" they said as y/n pulled off my blindfold.

I blink and see all our friends and family as they shout "SURPRISE!!!"

I turned to y/n who stood next to me a big grin on her face.

"You little sneak," I said wrapping an arm around her shoulders and kissing her lips "Thank you."

She hugged me sideways as she rest her hand on my abs "You're welcome. At least one surprise went well."

I chuckled "Two. The rest of my family and Charlie went well."

She nods before turning to Demi "We did it!" she said as Matt hugged y/n and I hugged Demi.

"Thank you to you too sis," I said to Demi.

"Thank you y/n. Appreciate this more than you know," said Matt.

"You're welcome," they said before they both gave us a tiny shove towards the guests.
