The city lights blurred into streaks of vibrant color as Spider-Man swung through the bustling streets, the adrenaline from the bank robbery still surging through him. He couldn't believe Wade had actually thought robbing a bank for fun was a good idea.

"Great job, Webs. Just what you needed - more trouble," Peter grumbled to himself, narrowly avoiding a collision with a hot dog vendor. "He's lucky he's cute... Wait, what? No, bad Spidey. Focus on catching the bad guy, or, well, the bad guy who's kind of good sometimes. Ugh, this is confusing."

Despite his frustration, a flicker of amusement lingered. Wade's chaotic antics, particularly the rubber chicken incident, were undeniably absurd. A laugh almost escaped, but Peter quickly stifled it.

"Focus, Parker," he chided himself, web-shooters primed and aimed towards the rooftops. "You have to catch him before he does something even worse."

Meanwhile, Wade was reveling in his escape, weaving through the crowded streets with the exuberance of a child let loose in a candy store.

"This is the best cardio ever!" he thought, leaping over a fire hydrant. "And the screaming fans! They love me! They really love me!"

He tossed a whoopee cushion over his shoulder, the loud farting noise startling a group of tourists. "Hey, watch it!" he called out, a mischievous grin plastered across his face. "Catch me if you can, asshat!"

Spider-Man finally spotted him atop a street vendor's cart, striking a heroic pose with a hot dog clutched in his hand like a sword. Exasperation mingled with disbelief.

"Seriously? A hot dog? Is he trying to be ironic or is he just hungry?" Peter shook his head, swinging closer. "What are you doing?" he shouted. "This is not a game!"

Wade grinned, his eyes sparkling with manic energy. "Oh, come on, Spidey! Just look at them! They love me!" He gestured towards the growing crowd, their phones capturing the spectacle.

Peter sighed, shaking his head. "They love the show, Wade, not the criminal!"

Sirens wailed in the distance, drawing gasps from the onlookers. A group of masked figures emerged from a nearby alley, bags laden with stolen goods. "Perfect timing, boys!" one of them sneered, pointing at Wade and Peter. "Looks like we've got some superhero wannabes to deal with!"

"Ooh, goody, more bad guys!" Wade thought, rubbing his hands together. "This is gonna be epic!"

Peter's heart pounded. "Please don't make this harder than it needs to be, Wade," he thought, firing a web that ensnared one of the criminals, yanking him off his feet.

Wade, never one to miss an opportunity, dove into the fray. He dodged bullets with acrobatic grace, yelling, "Look at me, Spidey! I'm a hero! A rubber-chicken-wielding hero!" He flung the whoopee cushion at another thug, causing him to slip and fall.

"Maybe, just maybe, you should stick to the rubber chickens!" Peter shot back, a grin breaking through his frustration.

As they fought side-by-side, the chaotic energy between them transformed into something resembling teamwork. Peter noticed Wade's surprising agility and effectiveness, despite his unorthodox methods.

"He's actually a pretty good fighter when he's not busy being a goofball," Peter thought, webbing another thug to a lamppost.

"Hey, you're not half bad when you're not trying to be an idiot," Peter commented.

"And you're not as boring as I thought! This is fun!" Wade replied, delivering a roundhouse kick that sent a criminal sprawling.

The last thug, wielding a baseball bat, lunged towards Peter. "You're going down, Spider-Man!"

In a flash, Wade intercepted the swing, his arm taking the brunt of the blow. "Not today, you bat-wielding asshat!" He twisted, flipping the thug over his shoulder and into a pile of trash bags.

The remaining criminals scattered, leaving Spider-Man and Deadpool amidst the disarray.

"Not bad, team," Peter admitted, a hint of admiration in his voice.

Wade beamed. "Told you this would be a great bonding experience! We make a pretty good team, huh?"

"Let's not get carried away," Peter replied, trying to ignore the warmth spreading through him. "This doesn't mean I'm going to join you on your next heist."

A deafening explosion shattered the moment, sending smoke billowing into the sky. A new threat emerged, and Peter turned to Wade, their earlier banter forgotten. "We need to go. Now."

"And just when things were getting interesting," Peter thought, a flicker of disappointment mixing with the adrenaline surge of facing a new danger.

"Let's do it!" Wade exclaimed, the thrill evident in his voice. As they raced towards the rising smoke, Peter couldn't shake the feeling that this chaotic partnership was far from over.
