"Step to!" Elizabeth ordered, handing an oar to Cotton, before she saw a boat far from the Pearl. Bonnie ran over after ordering the men below to fire the rum, since they were down on gunpowder, to which they all looked at her like she'd killed their mothers.

"What is it?" Bonnie asked, looking at Elizabeth, who had a look of shock on her face. Bonnie looked over and saw the boat that Jack was rowing. "Oh, you coward!" Elizabeth spitefully spat through her teeth, in disbelief.

Bonnie sadly looked over to the man she loved. Of course, as he was leaving her, she admitted she loved him. She had confessed her love to him at the brig in Port Royal, when he was sentenced to hang, but the two have never uttered the short sentence to each other since.

Bonnie was beginning to wonder if he ever really did love her. Or if he only told her what she wanted to head, because he was to die. If he loved her, he wouldn't have left her on the ship to die.

Interrupting Bonnie's thoughts, the ship violently shook, causing everyone to stumble and some to fall. Bonnie and Elizabeth clutched onto the rail, looking towards each other. "Shit." They both uttered, as a loud groan was heard from the beast below waters, as it thrusted each tentacle into the Pearl, causing the ship to harshly shake.

"HEAVE! Heave like you're being paid for it!" Gibbs shouted to the men, along with Marty. "Put your backs into it!" Marty demanded, as the men all struggled to spin the large wheel.

Bonnie squeezed her eyes shut at the sound of men screaming below deck. But the silence was the worst part. These were people she had grown to care for. She might not have been close with all of them, but they were not bad men. It broke her heart to know they'd never be seen again.

Meanwhile, Jack was rowing further and further away from his beloved Pearl, he stopped momentarily, to look at the sight the Pearl being embraced by the awful Kraken.

Although it wasn't so much as the ship he was worried about, more who was on it. The thought she could already be dead caused Jack to clutch the oars tightly, his knuckles whitening.

He promised to her- to himself, he would never hurt her. He would never put her in any danger, or have her pay the price for his mistakes. And here he was. On a boat, watching the beast he's been running from tear apart his ship, along with his one true love.

He never felt the way he felt for Bonnie in his life, never wanted to protect someone so much in his life other than himself. To hold her and just be in her presence. To feel her soft skin against his.

Jack turned his head around, he was close to land. If he kept going, he would survive. But what would be the point in surviving if he wasn't truly living. Living without her. It seemed pointless.
