On My Block | Latrelle

[guys you're going to love this chapter, I was so excited to write this pls vote this chapter cuz it's honestly so good😩<3]

I haven't been picking up Latrelle's calls, even in school I did my best to avoid him. Which was working fine.
He tried coming up to me a couple of times but I always made sure to be around ppl especially ceaser since they didn't fuck with each other.

Whenever I was posted up with Spooky in his crib I would post a few snaps😜. And whenever I did I would receive weird threatening messages from fake accounts, obviously Latrelle and his boys and a few jealous girls.

I didn't do too much tho cuz I know how dangerous this gang life thing is and I didn't want to be affiliated with neither one of them. Like I don't want people to be thinking abt Spooky or Latrelle and the second name that pops up in their head is mine, that's literally having a target on back.

Spooky was always happy to have me over, but ive been playing it cool and lowkey, I've only been at his 2 times now. He just asked me if I wanted to go to the big fair downtown.

Monse Jasmine Ruby and Jamal were going to go to fair too. Monse got into it with Ceaser or something so she needed to take her mind off of him. I guess I'll come a couple of hours after them so they won't really see me and spooky together.

It was Friday evening 8pm, I've already finished dressing up. I got an uber to my destination.

The fair was so pretty, everything looked sooo fun, the food looked so inviting. I couldn't wait to try everything. I walked around checking out the fair and in the same time I was looking for friends.

I spotted Monse and jasmine sloppy drunk by a food stand, i immediately made my way to them.

"Guys wtf?  Are you two okay??" I said in a worried tone.
"Oh don't worry y/n we're FOINEEE" jasmine said putting her arm over my shoulder.
"You're look so cute when you're worried" Monse giggled squeezing my cheeks.
"Okayyy, The two of you are wasted, follow me" i grabbed both of their hands and pulled them along with me. "Ughhh we're fineeee" Monse retorted. "Where are you taking me????" Jasmine asked.

"We're going to slow things down a bit" I said making them seat on a park bench. They were whining about how they wanted to party, they got up and started dancing on me trying to convince me to join them. "Jas, Monse sit down" I said a bit stern. "You're no fun" Monse replied sitting down and angrily crossing her arms.
"Where are the guys?" I asked them.
"They left a while back, so we decided to TURN UPPP" Jasmine replied. Just great they're all alone, getting them home is going to be such hard work especially since they can barely walk and all they want is to turn up.

I was pacing back and forth trying to think of how I could take them home. Well first thing first I have to get them to sober up so they'll cooperate with me. But I can't leave them here they'll definitely disappear by the time I get back🤦🏽‍♀️

"Yo" I heard a familiar voice speak from behind. I turned around and it was Spooky. "Omds thank God you're here" I said feeling relieved. "Seems like you've got your hands full😂" he said laughing at Monse drunk twerking on Jasmine as she recorded. "Don't laugh..😂💀" i told him but i ended up ignoring my own words, they looked so funny.

"Could you please help me, I've got to get them home but I need to sober them up first" I said to Spooky, but his eyes were elsewhere and he had an amused expression on his face "-whatever you say darling, but I think you should go deal with that first" he pointed to Jasmine running away in the distance.
"Oh my- ughhh, please look after her" I said referring to Monse and he nodded his head. I ran after Jasmine calling out her name. "JASMINE, GET YOUR ASS BACK HERE!!". "nooo" she replied from a distance🤦🏽‍♀️.

After chasing Jasmine almost through half of the fair I finally caught up to her, i held her tight as I bought 2 bottles of water for her and Monse.

We slowly walked back. "Jas make sure you're drinking your water" i informed her. "Yesss girl don't worry🙄" she replied reluctantly forcing herself to drink water. We were beginning to approach the park benches.

I could see Monse being all sloppy drunk on Spooky, he was trying to get her to sit down, but she kept trying to leave so he restrained her but she whined and fought him back each time. He firmly held her still, he told her something probably told her to 'calm down and stay still' she listened to him looking deeply into his eyes before she kissed him.

By the time Spooky pushed her off Jasmine and I were right behind them. Jasmine didn't really witness anything bc she was too busy checking out the rides in the far distance. He immediately turned around "I-" he tried speaking but I interrupted him. "-Here's her bottle of water, could you please take them home?" I said handing him Jasmine he nodded and I walked away.
