Hao leaned against Hanbin’s chest, the warmth of their home wrapping around them like a soft blanket. The trial was over, and they were finally back in their own space, away from the chaos. The two of them had spent the whole day in each other’s company, savoring the quiet peace that came with knowing they were safe.

Hanbin’s phone was buzzing non-stop on the table next to them, lighting up with notifications. Hao glanced at it, noticing the “X” app, flooded with unread messages.

“Well... Are you gonna open it, love?” Hao asked softly, his voice muffled as he rested his head against Hanbin’s chest. He traced small patterns on Hanbin’s arm, feeling the steady rise and fall of his breathing.

Hanbin groaned, shifting slightly as he looked at the 99+ notifications. “I don’t even know where to start…” he muttered. He had practically vanished from the world during the last few months, completely off the grid while everything spiraled out of control. His fans, friends, and everyone online were bound to have noticed.

“I’m pretty sure your fans are worried about you,” Hao chuckled, nuzzling closer. “You should let them know you’re okay.”

Hanbin sighed, leaning back into the couch, his fingers hovering over his phone for a moment. He wasn’t ready to face the flood of messages just yet, but he knew he couldn’t put it off forever. Hao’s soft encouragement made it easier to consider.

“I’ll post something later,” Hanbin mumbled, wrapping his arms tighter around Hao. “Right now, I just want to focus on this.” He smiled softly, pressing a kiss to the top of Hao’s head. “Us.”

Hao smiled against his chest, closing his eyes as he let the comfort of Hanbin’s embrace wash over him. “Fine, I’ll allow it,” Hao teased, though his heart swelled at Hanbin’s words.

They stayed like that for a while, wrapped up in each other, the world outside feeling far away. For once, they had nothing to worry about. No more secrets, no more danger—just the quiet moments they had been craving.

“I missed this,” Hanbin whispered, his hand gently rubbing Hao’s back. “Just being with you, without all the chaos.”

Hao hummed in agreement, his fingers absentmindedly playing with Hanbin’s shirt. “Me too. It’s been too long.”

Hanbin shifted slightly, moving so they were lying more comfortably on the couch. Hao lay on top of him, their legs tangled together as they melted into the cushions. “You know,” Hanbin began, his voice low, “I couldn’t have gotten through all of that without you.”

Hao looked up, his gaze soft and filled with affection. “You say that, but you were the one protecting me through everything.”

“We protected each other,” Hanbin corrected, brushing a strand of hair out of Hao’s face. “I couldn’t imagine doing this without you by my side.”

Hao’s heart fluttered at the words, and he pressed a soft kiss to Hanbin’s collarbone. “I’ll always be by your side.”

They fell into a comfortable silence again, content to just exist together in this moment. The weight of everything that had happened was still there, but it was easier to bear now. They had each other, and that was enough.

After a while, Hanbin’s phone buzzed again, breaking the tranquility.

“Okay, maybe I’ll check a few messages,” Hanbin chuckled, reaching for his phone.

Hao laughed, sitting up slightly to give him space. “Yeah, go ahead. I want to see what everyone’s saying.”

Hanbin opened the app, scrolling through the flood of notifications. It was mostly concerned messages from fans, wondering where he had disappeared to, mixed with some excitement about upcoming projects. He smiled softly, feeling a sense of normalcy creeping back in.

“I think they missed me,” Hanbin joked, showing Hao a few of the comments.

“Of course they did. Who wouldn’t miss you?” Hao teased, leaning in to read some of the messages.

Hanbin typed out a quick post, reassuring everyone that he was fine and thanking them for their patience. As he hit send, he turned back to Hao, pulling him close again.

“There. All done. Now, back to more important things,” Hanbin grinned, pressing a soft kiss to Hao’s cheek.

“Like cuddling?” Hao asked, a playful glint in his eyes.

“Exactly,” Hanbin whispered, pulling him into a warm embrace.

And just like that, the world outside faded away, leaving only the two of them in their cozy little bubble, where nothing else mattered.

As they lay there, wrapped in each other’s warmth, Hanbin’s fingers gently brushed along Hao’s back, sending a soft shiver through his body. Hao shifted slightly, his gaze catching Hanbin’s as he felt the intensity of the moment between them start to change. Hanbin’s eyes softened, but there was something more—a glint of desire mixed with affection.

Without saying a word, Hanbin leaned down, his lips gently brushing against Hao’s, testing the waters. Hao responded immediately, his lips parting slightly as he deepened the kiss, his hands reaching up to cup Hanbin’s face.

The kiss started soft, almost tender, but it didn’t take long for the intensity to build. Hanbin pulled Hao closer, his hands gripping his waist as he shifted so that Hao was straddling him. Their bodies pressed together as the kiss grew hungrier, lips moving in sync as if they’d been waiting for this moment all night.

Hao’s hands roamed up Hanbin’s chest, fingers tangling in his shirt as the kiss deepened. Hanbin’s grip tightened on Hao’s hips, his breath becoming ragged as the heat between them escalated. They broke apart for a second, breathless, but their eyes never left each other. Hanbin’s thumb gently traced Hao’s bottom lip, his voice low and full of need.

“You drive me crazy, you know that?” Hanbin whispered, his forehead resting against Hao’s as they caught their breath.

Hao’s lips curled into a small smile, but his eyes were full of the same desire. “Maybe a little.”

Before Hanbin could respond, Hao leaned in again, capturing his lips in another searing kiss. This time, the tension between them was palpable, their movements more urgent. Hanbin’s hands roamed up Hao’s back, pulling him even closer as if he couldn’t get enough.

They lost themselves in the moment, the world outside fading as the heat between them grew. Hanbin’s hands slid beneath Hao’s shirt, the touch of his fingers on his skin sending electricity through Hao’s body. Hao gasped slightly against Hanbin’s lips, but it only fueled the intensity of their kiss.

Their breaths mingled as the kiss continued, each one hungrier than the last. The feel of Hanbin’s lips on his, the way their bodies fit perfectly together—it was intoxicating. Hao’s heart raced, and for a moment, it felt like nothing else existed but the two of them.

Eventually, they pulled apart, both breathless and flushed. Hanbin rested his forehead against Hao’s again, their chests rising and falling in unison as they caught their breath. His hands still held Hao close, and neither of them made a move to pull away.

“I don’t think I’ll ever get enough of you,” Hanbin whispered, his voice low and full of affection.

Hao smiled, his heart racing as he pressed a soft kiss to Hanbin’s lips again, this time gentler, more tender. “Good. Because I’m not going anywhere.”

And just like that, they fell back into each other’s arms, the tension from before melting into something softer, more comforting. They stayed close, their breathing slowly evening out as they held each other, the world outside completely forgotten.
