Jennie meets Lisa's parents as they shuffle through house with her duffle bag slinging over one shoulder and her mind wrapped up with every single thing that happened in Taehyung's house over the couple of hours they were there.

There was this sudden urge in the pit of her stomach, shouting at her to delete every bit of the program they have made and drag Lisa out of that house and never letting her any close to there or its owner.

Right now, that she's finally changed into the pair of pajamas she's brought here from her house, Jennie feels 10 times better and lighter. Also with Lisa's parents actually liking her, she thinks this might be one of her best weekends since school has started.

Her mom and dad seem cool, and Jennie can't wait to have more conversations with them in the morning when she wakes up.

Right now, she's lying on Lisa's king sized bed with her arms tucked under her head. She can't help but follow Lisa's silhouette through the faded glass of her en suite bathroom as the taller is getting ready for bed.

Jennie is kind of lost in her thoughts, like her mind is a labyrinth and she's the sole person trapped inside with no clue whether where she should find her way out. Everything seems too complicated for her to untangle them in her head. There're school works and council meetings, then the cheer squad which Jennie has started to feel the weight of, her father living on the other side of the globe, her mother getting married to a man Jennie has seen maybe a handful of times, and then, at top of it all, there's the new friendship with Lisa.

This is confusing her as hell, because why would she always be thinking about her? About how she styles their school uniforms, and how she always stands out in the crowd for whatever reason, about her eyes that seem to have this undeniable magnet in them, pulling Jennie closer and closer.

She doesn't want that, she knows this is not healthy. She knows, because this is exactly how things went with Irene and how she ruined everything in a second of recklessness.

And what scares her the most, is that she has started to figure out where this rickety thought is going.

At times when she finds herself wrapped up in her thoughts about the new girl, Jennie wants to slap herself across the face and do crazy dances with all the butterflies in her stomach giving her lightness all at the same time.

She can't run away from the thoughts that are solely about Lisa and her unmatched beauty; her low-arched eyebrows above her breathtaking, innocent, gray, doe eyes, her small nose and squishy, soft cheeks, and on top of them all, her full, plump, pink lips with the almost unnoticeable mark on her lower lip.

She is, without any competitions, the most beautiful girl Jennie has ever seen in the short spawn of her life.

Just thinking about her has her heart beating fast against her chest and suddenly her loose crop top is too much on her skin as if she's wearing winter puffer jackets in the summer. She takes her eyes off the faded silhouette of Lisa's body and tries to focus on the new canvas on the easel near the window while fanning herself with pulling the collar of her top rapidly to create a flow of air around her neck, chest and cheeks.

It's almost working and Jennie can finally see the outline of Lisa's new piece of artwork, it's of a sky, if Jennie can see correctly, with surroundings of what looks like some property and stars in the dark.

It's not the most artistic painting ever, but Jennie finds herself getting drawn to it slowly, somehow she finds the whole scene a little familiar. The kind of familiarity that she's comfortable with, like she's been there.
