"Hi is this Lily? Or am I mistaken?" The lady spoke." And Poppy or Rosie?" The man asked." No, I'm Katie Taylor and this is Poppy," Katie says with a smile.
"I can do you both a cup of tea or coffee?" Katie asked softly." Tea please thank you, I'm Christie Perry and this is my husband, Matt Perry, " She says.
"Nice to meet you both, please excuse me as I make you both a cup of tea," Katie smiles before looking at Rob." Tea?" She asked." No thank you," Rob nods." Mike?" Katie asked as he shook his head at her.
Katie goes down to the kitchen with Poppy and puts her in a made wrap as she makes the pot of Tea and heads to the quiet room.
"Hi sorry for disturbing you, I bought a pot of tea, instead," Katie says as she puts the tray down."Thank you, Katie," Christie spoke." Not a problem Mrs Perry," Katie softly.
"Oh call me Christie, this is my husband Matt," Christie smiles." Hi," Katie whispers going shy around Matt not feeling comfortable with a strange man.
"Aunt Katie!!" Rosie squeals as she runs in with Lily." Hey princess," Katie smiles hugging Rosie."Matt, Christie this is Lily and Rosie and you've met Poppy," Mike says as Katie puts Rosie down.
"I'll leave you with the girls, be good Rosie, and Poppy," Katie says taking Poppy out of the made wrap." No slweepy," Poppy whimpers gripping Katie." Sorry, she's tired," Katie says to the adults in the room.
"Can Poppy skip today's meeting?" Katie wonders as Mike sees Poppy fast asleep." Yeah, she can is that alright with you two?" Mike asked The Perrys." Of course, she's tired so we can meet her when we come again," they say.
Katie nods and heads off with a sleeping Poppy and she goes to find Harry to have some time with him since she has been to Elm Tree House she and her ex-siblings don't really interact anymore and they've grown apart.
Katie was in the living room watching scooby doo with Harry as Poppy sleeps. Meanwhile, the Perrys were getting to know Lily and Rosie and Lily was being off with them from the get-go and Rosie was playing with Matt and Christie.
They decide to go into the garden for the rest of the visit where Katie is with Harry as Poppy is still sleeping on her chest. "So that girl? What's her story?" Christie wonders as she looks at Katie with Harry.
"Katie?" Mike asks as they see her with Harry making him laugh.“Yes,” Matt nods as he watches her with a bright smile.
"She has a bad past never had a family just got hurt a lot by her biological father and her step-siblings are also here because of it as he got married to her ex-stepmother," Mike says.
"She's come so far and she's amazing with the little ones and is so helpful," Mike says softly.“Poor child,” Christie says sadly as she looks over at Katie and Mike nods in response.
