You had finally made it to door 34, sure it wasn't the last door but it was pretty good considering how little time you've been spending searching for 'Loose assets'. You looked back and saw Natalie right behind you, while Seb was right next to you.

You opened the door, and heard something, but by the time you looked back you had died again.

You saw the file, it was pinkie. That explains why you didn't see the lights flicker..you took a deep breath and screamed at the dark room. You didn't know why but you just felt like doing it. You absolutely hated dying. Especially to something that was so easy to hear and avoid.

*Seb POV :33333333*

I looked at (Y/n)'s dead body, I sighed. She always somehow died from the easiest things..I thought she had heard the screeching but I suppose I should've warned her..so..it was basically on all of us. Not just her. I picked her stuff up and looked at Natalie. She was looking at her body too, a hand on her hip as she huffed and just said 'Let's just go.' I nodded and followed a little behind her, taking one last look at her body.

*(Y/n) POV :33333*

Sebby and Nat had died (Finally), and found you pouting near the armored jeep, because you died so quickly (Again..), Seb sat right next to you and you turned your head a little and looked at him. He tilted his head too, with a slight smile. 

"You okay snookums?"

You couldn't help but smile. His choice of nicknames was so silly..you loved how silly they were..and how silly he was. You sighed and looked forward, at all the expendables rushing around, talking with each other, like they weren't in a prison that could somehow bring them back to life.

"..I'm..upset..you could say, mainly with myself. Because I keep failing. I don't like failing. There's nothing wrong with it as it's natural but I just..DON'T like it.."

He huffed a little. Before he looked ahead just like you were.

"..I can't say I understand but, I also can't say I don't understand. If you know what that means.."

You smiled a little, and stood up.

"Okay. I know you're mainly doing this to make me feel better so c'mon, let's go. You might as well stop, because I know there's no point in trying to make you stop making me feel better."

He smiled and practically jumped to his feet. You looked at Nat who was leaning against the truck you were pouting next to. She sighed. (She sighs a lot..it's like she needs it to breathe.)

"Wow. Here I thought we'd have to bribe you with something..glad we didn't have to though."

You shrugged at her and walked alongside Sebby towards the large metal door that you all usually use to go through. Nat followed close behind before saying her goodbyes and going to her room. Which left you and Sebastian together. (..Kind of a good time to kiss too huh..?)

"What're we gonna do for the next 2-3 days we have left of waiting..?"

You simply shrugged, you were never one to make plans, or feel the need to make plans. You usually just winged it. Probably not the best to do so but you didn't really care.

"Ion' know. I thought we were just gonna do whatever, I don't usually make plans. For..anything really."

He chuckled a little bit.

"Yeah? How'd that work out for you?"

"Pretty well actually. I got to meet you because of it. :)"

He smiled a little wider after that sentence. How nice of you to say that.

"How sweet Snookums~"

He pats your head. Before long the two of you finally made it to your rooms. You stepped in and looked back at Sebastian. What he did next though was something you wouldn't have expected. But..it was something you weren't complaining about..

He pulled you closer by your arm and gave you a small peck on the lips. It may have been a small peck but..it was a good kiss, before long he had (Very unfortunately) pulled away. You were a blushing mess at this point and he chuckled. You looked at him.

"..W..why did you do that..? I-i'm not complaining or anything but why?"

He smiled.

"I was thinking about what Natalie said and decided she was right. I noticed you weren't doing anything about what she said so I decided to take matters into my own hands."

He waved goodbye and went off to his room. You went into yours and flopped onto your bed waiting until the door was closed to let out squeals like an 8 year old girl at a sleepover. What he did was unexpected, but very nice. Just that bold move was enough to make your affection for him grow.

Oh, the amount of love you felt for him right now..

*SEBBY'S POV:DDDDD*

I couldn't believe i just did that..it was a bold move but judging by the squeal i just heard, she enjoyed it. It brought a smile to my face knowing she wouldn't hate me for that. Her lips were soft..and they kind of tasted like strawberries..that was a really nice touch. I'd for sure be doing that more often if i could...

Before anything else i felt exhausted from the run we did so i decided to sleep a little bit. I don't know how long i wanted to but i'd let my body sleep for as long as it needed and with that i shut my eyes, laying on my side.

Before i could fall asleep though, i heard my door open. I looked at it and saw just a shadowy figure at my door, it looked like it was holding a pillow. I looked a little closer and it was (Y/n). I shouldn't have been surprised but i was. Neither of us truly slept in our own rooms unless we wanted to.

"..Can i..can i sleep with you tonight..?"

Her voice was quiet as though she were unsure if she wanted to ask. I nodded and moved over a little. Feeling the bed shift just a little when she climbed into my bed. I felt her move just a little closer to me and put her arm around my waist and her head bury into my chest.

I wrapped my arm around her waist and leaned my head on the top of hers. She was pretty warm..it was comforting, i loved that about her. I snuggled with her and felt myself fall asleep to her soft breathing.

It was nice to just sleep.
