I arrived to the cafe, putting on my apron and welcoming my coworkers
" Do you mind taking over my shift today? It's just an hour after yours ends. I'll make it up to you I swear" my close friend, Yeonhwa, asked me in a rush
" Sure" I said, checking my phone to see if my schedules was empty
Like usual my day was going normal until Heeseung called me in the middle of my shift
" Hello?" I excused myself, walking to a quiet room
" Are you at work?" He asked suddenly out of the blue
" Yeah, why?" I said, letting out a sigh, wondering what he could possibly want right now
" We kinda need to sober up, can you come here?" He said quietly, grunting in pain
" I can't, I'm staying an hour later today" I said, about to hang up
" Can you make me some hangover soup when you come back then?" He grunted, hissing in pain
" Fine, go sleep" I finally ended the call, making my way back inside
" Took you a while" a familiar voice said, I looked up
His eyes widened when he had seen me
" Jinseo?" He said, I nodded
" What's your order?" I sprung back into my worker act
" Two iced americanos" he said, I put in the order
" Cash or card?" I said, looking at him search for his phone
" Card" he said, I scanned his card, giving him a loyalty card
" Please wait for your order, you can take a seat over there" I pointed to an available spot, just as he took a seat, Heeseung appeared in, looking tired and stressed
" I don't feel sober" he said, lying his head on the table
" You over drank, does that recall a memory?" Jake said, laughing at him
" Yes? No? I have no idea what happened last night" he grunted in pain
I grabbed the two iced americanos and placed it on the table
" Your shift ends soon, take me home" Heeseung grabbed my wrist, people gave him a weird look at first
" Go home with Jake, in fact, he can make hangover soup for you. The drawer next to my fridge" I turned my head to Jake, passing him my house keys
" Hey get back here! You can't let a random man in your house!" Heeseung shouted at me, pissing him off just made me happy
" Why not? You always brought him over when we were younger. Also you'll be with him" I said, giving a fake smile
" Did you seduce her whilst I sent you to her house?" He said to Jake, eyes widening
" I'm not that desperate for a relationship, I just told her who I was. She hasn't seemed to remember me with all my hairstyles" Jake said, laughing it off
" I don't either, you've been blonde twice, the two block, the brown hair, the short black hair. Now the long black, just choose one" Heeseung said, taking a sip of his drink
" If you want that hangover soup you were better hurry up" Jake said, leaving as he waited for Heeseung to follow behind him
