I would love to believe that I'm an emotionally absent person. So, it's hard for me to describe emotions, especially when it comes to vulnerability around people. This chapter may come across as awkward, but I tried my best T~TAnyway, hope you enjoy and leave some comments :)

“Thank you so much.” His eyes lit up, almost teary, “Thank you so much, sir. I will never forget about your kindness and I promise I will give your money back!” He promised, fighting back tears, gratefully bowing his head in front of the man.
He looked at the check. It's so overwhelming to think that a total stranger gave him a check of 50 thousand even though he tried to scam him. He doesn't know if the man is too kind or too trusting. Whatever it is, he is immensely grateful and always be indebted to this man.
The man simply nodded his head, refraining himself from saying anything. Aaryan wonders if that's how the ultra rich behave. It's so bizarre but he doesn't question it.
“It can cause infection. Get it checked.” The man said instead, pointing at his knees.
Aaryan genuinely smiled at him. Not only is he a nice man, he is also very observant and caring. He feels even more grateful towards the man.
“Don't worry about it. It's nothing a bandaid can't fix. Besides, I'm not exactly a weakling.” He reassured the man, making sure he sounded utterly grateful and gentle while pronouncing every word.
“You better pay back every penny. We have every information on you.” The other man warned, draining all the signs of gratefulness from Aaryan's face. Now, this is what he expects from a rich person– rudeness, and the man knows how to ruin the mood.
“What an obsessed fan I have here. You keeping tabs on me, dear? Do I intrigue you that much?" He asked innocently, deliberately trying to get under his skin.
He himself gave his number and social media handle to them. And this clown thought they had every information on him. Even his father doesn't know everything about him. Now that his brain reminded him of his father, he doesn't feel playful anymore.
“Thanks again, sir.” He saluted the man before turning his back and walking towards the lawyer's office, not giving that much time to the grumpy man to come up with a retort.
“ I don't know why you helped that boy. He is a brat. You need a crash course on how not to be foolishly kind.” He heard the man speak behind him and it took everything in him to not yell all the curses out loud which he was thinking in his head.
He didn't get any answer from the nice man. He was weird in his own way. But maybe, he doesn't speak too much. He is definitely on the quieter side.
He received a call from his friend on the way. He picked it up immediately, thinking something was wrong. He left Dhruv at the station to play the detective and inform him everything from there.
“What happened at the station? Is everything alright?” He asked, his heart pounding.
“Go to the Town hospital right now!” Dhruv's panicked yell came from the other side, justifying his worry.
“Why? What happened?” He questioned while turning back. He can go to the lawyer's lair later.
“I don't know what but it was a lot of blood….your dad…he was bleeding horribly, a stretcher came and took him to the hospital.” It was like his heartbeat stopped as he heard his friend.
