The girls all got the text from A. They had no idea what he/she meant by welcome to the dollhouse.

"Okay...A can read minds." Hanna said.
They were all standing outside the DiLaurentis house. The music went from muffled to clear as Spencer stepped out of the house.
"Did you guys just get those texts?" She asked.
"Yeah..." Aria replied.
"Did you find Ali?" Emily asked.
"Well the text told me not to, Em. I don't know what welcome to the dollhouse means and I'm not willing to find out." Spencer replied.
"Well we at least need to protect her!" Emily snapped.
"You saw that text! A said that she still won't be safe!" Spencer said.
"Then it must mean that A is inside..." Emily said.
"Someone who knows the place well..." Hanna said.
"Alison?" Aria asked.
"Why would Alison hurt herself?" Hanna asked.
"So it could seem like she isn't guilty..." Spencer said.

"Ali?" Emily asked, walking into her room.
"Yeah?" Ali replied, turning off her phone.
"Have you gotten any A texts lately?"
"No...why?"
"Just...making sure."
Emily's phone beeped.

I'm outside, Em. I can't believe you thought it was Ali. She likes you too much for that. But she still doesn't love you...

"I have to go..." Emily said as she turned around and left.
She obviously got an A text. Alison thought. She turned back around on her bed.
Suddenly, she felt like someone was watching her. She was too scared to turn around.
"Em?" She asked. No answer.
"Dad?"
Nothing.
She turned around.
What she saw scared her...she screamed...then she was gone.
