Drop in thrice an old hag's finger,
Hold your nose, the smell does linger.
Chop up a gagged pirate's tongue,
Mixed along with elephant's dung.
Stir it round, make it bubble,
Don't forget the rat in rubble.
Pecked out by an evil crow,
In goes an eyeball that does glow.
Beat it, mix it, fold it in,
Next pour in some gone-off gin.
Add dead skin from father's feet,
Now the potion is complete.
