you were finally, after all these years, kissing the man you've pined over since childhood. when you two pulled away from the kiss, yours and his eyes mirrored a special kind of sparkle.

"mr. miller," you breathed this out, burying your head in his neck. you kissed and suckled at his soft, tan skin.

"baby, please. i need you more than this." he said this before picking you up bridal style and taking you to your tent, barely breaking the kiss as he did so. you crawled inside and he immediately smoothed down your body with his hands. his hands were large and manly and you loved it. you felt both a little manhandled and safe in his touch, the perfect mixture in your opinion. he felt an abundance of joy and horniness, as did you. he kissed you again and you didn't shy away from kissing back. you slid your hands under his jacket and raked your nails down his bare back. he shivered and felt himself strain against his jeans.

"oh, fuck." he said this into your neck, his breath sending tingles down your spine.

"what?" you asked him this, weary of his answer.

"this is wrong of me to do. you're- you're so much younger than me and if your dad found out-" you cut him off.

"and how would he find out?" you said this with a little bit of desperation. you felt like you were being teased.

"listen, baby. trust me, i want to do this so badly. but i don't think my conscience will let me. i don't think this- us- should happen." you were definitely disappointed, but understood. there was quite a long pause before you replied.

"that's okay, just forget this ever happened." you sort of chuckled as you sat back up. he sat back and rubbed his face. you two were still catching your breath. it must have just been a 'heat of the moment' type thing. for him, at least.

"i guess i should uh- i should go." he straightened his clothes out a bit. you just nodded before he stepped out of your tent. your heart felt heavy when you laid back to go to sleep. you couldn't think about anything but him and the failed attempt to make the imaginary sex and relationship real. you now assumed it would never happen because of his guilty conscience, and you tried to be okay with that, but you definitely weren't. as he laid his body down in his much more uncomfortable makeshift bed, as he gave you the good blankets, his body almost ached for you. he wanted nothing more than to caress the soft nape of your neck while he pushes himself deep into you. as you both lay there in separate tents, you matched the fetal positions you were each laying in and though it wasn't that cold, you both still shivered.

    time skip: morning

you woke up to the sound of birds chirping and the smell of bacon. you got up and rubbed your eyes, decided to quickly get dressed, then unzipped your tent. when you did so, you were immersed in the breathtaking atmosphere of this campsite. you couldn't quite appreciate it the night before because it was already dark by the time you got there. through the tall trees the sun rays kissed what they could reach. you loved it. the sky was lighting up above you. you looked over and the fire was already started, with joel sitting next to it, his frying pan sitting above a flame, balancing on rocks. you walked over to him, touching his shoulder.

"good morning." you said this with your mildly raspy voice from just waking up. he smiled softly at you.

"good mornin' darlin'." he said this, flipping the bacon.

"smells good." you said this, running your hand down his back that was only covered in his soft, heather grey pajama
t-shirt. you began scratching his back with your nails, gently, but still satisfyingly.
