❝𝓓ad !" Angelina yelled throwing piles of clothes in the air, searching frantically. "He's taken my wand!"

"No I haven't idiot, you probably misplaced it!" Barty yelled from down the hall only fuelling Angelina's anger.

She stormed over to his room, her footsteps slamming against the wooden floor causing her Father to sigh, the day of getting on the train to Hogwarts was always so stressful.

"Give it back now or I swear to Merlin when I find it I'll hex you." She growled as he laughed

Barty couldn't help but tease, and with a mischievous glint in his eye, he exclaimed, "It's up my arse and round the corner!"

Angelina, fueled by frustration, launched herself at him. The two tumbled onto the floor, a whirlwind of flailing limbs and laughter. Angelina's anger was palpable, her face flushed with fury, while Barty, undeterred, continued to chuckle as they wrestled, treating her outrage like a playful game rather than a serious matter.

"Gosh youse will be the death of me." Mrs crouch spoke from the doorway "Off each other now!"

"Mum I'm not going." Angelina huffed folding her arms "He does this all the time, it's not funny."

"I didn't take your wand Angie" Barty continued laughing making her side eye him.

"I kept it in my room to avoid this nonsense remember? I took it off you like two days ago, Merlin." Their mother interjected, sighing as Barty cackled and clapped loudly.

"Told you!"

"Shut up freak." she responded, furrowing her brows and exciting the room.

Barty watched her go, still chuckling, but the laughter faded as he glanced at his mother.

"Seriously, Mum, you should have let me keep it. It was just a joke," he said, trying to defend himself.

Mrs. Crouch raised an eyebrow, her hands on her hips. "Gosh, I should've let her have you, she was already winning."

Barty gasped dramatically "No she was not!"

"Well, you better make it up to her," she said, pointing a stern finger at him. "If you want to survive the ride to the train station without her hexing you, I suggest you find a way to make amends."

He rolled his eyes but knew she was right. Stumbling to his feet, he dashed after Angelina, hoping to catch her before she could stew in her anger.

"Angie!" he called, sprinting down the hallway. He found her in her room, brushing her hair, still muttering angrily.

"Go away, Barty," she snapped, not bothering to turn around.

"Look, I'm sorry. I didn't mean it. I thought it'd be funny," he said, trying to sound sincere, though he couldn't help the grin that crept back onto his face.

"Not funny," she shot back, her voice cold.

"Okay, okay. How about this?" He took a deep breath, attempting to suppress his amusement. "I'll let you have some of my chocolate frog for the train ride. You know, the one ?" he raised his eyebrows up and down piquing her interest.
